The intensity distribution of the field along the symmetry axis of the dielectric -loaded groove waveguide (GW) for two variants of the injection into it of the microwave energy excitation of two counter-traveling waves and for the case of additive to feed him energy from the upper-trough are considered and experimentally investigated. It is shown, that the microwave energy injection from the upper quadrangular waveguides into the groove waveguide allows to provide rather homogeneous energy distribution in the operating zones of the groove waveguide and rather homogeneous interaction of microwave energy with dielectric material, moving through them. The initial data for setting three-dimensional fields -distribution modeling in such a system is formulated
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
