The COVID-19 pandemic has disrupted many activities throughout the supply chain, from supplying unrefined materials to a product being consumed by consumers. More than five million companies have been undermined by the COVID-19 pandemic, several companies have also temporarily closed stores, cancelled orders, and suspended production. Therefore, this study aims to evaluate and examine the role of supply chain agility on supply chain resilience and supply chain performance sustainability. This study uses a quantitative method with the Smart PLS version 3.3.3 analysis tool and also involves 54 furniture SMEs in the Special Region of Yogyakarta as respondents. The results of this study find and prove that supply chain agility has a positive and significant effect on supply chain resilience and supply chain performance sustainability. The more agile furniture SMEs in managing the supply chain, the stronger the sustainability of future performance in the midst of a business environment full of uncertainty. This shows that supply chain agility owned by furniture SMEs has an important role in supply chain resilience and supply chain performance sustainability.
The COVID-19 pandemic has lasted almost two years. This has an impact on the sustainability of micro, small and medium enterprises (SMEs). Various efforts have been made to maintain the sustainability of SMEs, one of which is by adopting information technology in their marketing. This study aims to determine the effect of digital marketing, and knowledge of information technology on the financial performance of micro, small and medium enterprises (SMEs)This research is quantitative research. Data was obtained by using a questionnaire. The respondents in this study were SMEs actors in Kapanewon Tempel Sleman Yogyakarta. From the number of SMEs actors who are members of the SMEs Forkom as many as 110 respondents, data is obtained as many as 60 respondents. This study was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of data processing, it is known that the use of digital marketing by SMEs actors and SMEs actors' knowledge of information technology affects financial performance.
This study aims to analyze the effect of environmental complexity and resources on the performance of SMEs mediated by business strategy in Kasongan pottery SMEs. The population in this study were all SMEs pottery handicrafts in the Kasongan pottery center in Kasihan District, Bantul Regency, Yogyakarta. Total of 61 questionnaires have been returned and processed. The data analysis technique used was Partial Least Square (PLS) through SmartPLS 3.3.2 software. The research shows that environmental complexity has a positive and significant effect on performance of SMEs, resources have a positive and significant effect on performance of SMEs, environmental complexity has a positive and significant effect on business strategy, resources have a positive and significant effect on business strategy, and business strategy has a positive and significant effect on performance of SMEs. Also, it is found that environmental complexity has a positive and significant indirect effect on performance of SMEs through business strategy and resources have a positive and significant indirect effect on performance of SMEs mediated by business strategy. Purpose of the study: The purpose of this study is to empirically examine the factors that influence traditional fishermen in maintaining the resilience of marine areas in order to defend the country and examine the model of causality relationships that are formed as well as the influence of causality between these variables. Methodology: The study was conducted in the Depok coastal area, Bantul - Yogyakarta with traditional fishermen as the respondents who are members of the Mina Bahari Fishermen Cooperative. Hypothesis testing was based on Partial Least Square. Main Findings: This study found: (1) 15 reflexive indicator statements form 7 latent variables that directly to construct a hypothesis; (2) a state defence model is formed; (3) hypothesis testing model shows that the seven proposed hypotheses are accepted, namely: a) Knowledge of environmental security has a positive influence on attitudes towards environmental security; b) Attitudes towards environmental security and environmental influences have a negative influence on actions against security disturbances; c) Understanding the environment has a positive influence on environmental awareness; d) Environmental awareness, environmental influences, and actions against security disturbances have a positive influence on participation in the environment. Applications of this study: This study helps inform the stakeholders establish coastal resilience program by incorporating the fishermen in the coastal areas. Novelty: Few studies paid attention toward traditional fishermen to keep marine resilience in Indonesia.
