The Prosperous Family Card is one of the government's programs in accelerating poverty which functions as a marker for the underprivileged. The implementation of the PSC policy is still not optimal due to factors, namely the lack of socialization and information from village and sub-district officials to the community regarding programs issued by the government. This research to classify the beneficiaries of the Prosperous Family Card, because there are still many other disadvantaged families who have not had the opportunity to receive this assistance program. The method used in this research is the Naive Bayes method and the K-NN method. The results of this study are the classification of beneficiaries from 6,491 KKS recipients with the K-NN Algorithm method yielding an accuracy value of 66.46% with a distribution in 5 villages, including pred Argasunya class precision 64.90% pred Harjamukti class precision 65.18% pred Kalijaga class precision 66.64% pred Kecapi class precision 68.44% pred Prohibition class precision 68.34% while the Naïve Bayes algorithm is classified with true in each kelurahan with true Argasunya distribution of 1,196 KKS class precision 100%, true Harjamukti 1,339 KKS class precision 100%, true Kalijaga 2,067 KKS class precision 100%, true Kecapi 1,137 KKS class precision 100%, true Prohibition 744 KKS(1 KKS true Argasunya, 1 KKS true Harjamukti, 3 KKS true Kalijaga, 3 KKS true Kecapi) class precision 98.64%. the accurasy value of the Naïve Bayes algorithm model is 99.88%.
<p>This article explores the history of thoughts and movements of the Front Pembela Islam (FPI) in Indonesia between 1998 and 2012. The study concludes that since many government regulations are violated by the public, including the prohibition of gambling, prostitution and other forms of disobedience and lack of firmness of the government, FPI feels the need to take the initiative to help the government fight against immorality in order to enforce <em>amr ma‘rûf nahy munkar</em>. This is done through the movement run by the military force of the FPI who often uses means of violence. In line with this study, FPI should not perform <em>nahy munkar</em> movement using any violent means, such as damaging public facilities, hurting people, and other destructive deeds. The reason is that by doing such violent actions, FPI will not even help resolving the moral problems that occur in Indonesia. In addition, the violent movement does not reflect the image of Islam as a religion of peace.</p>
This research seeks to map the gender relations within literary communities and their contestations in gaining social and financial capital in Yogyakarta and Surakarta social spaces. The presence of literary communities in these spaces, on the one hand, explains the local and specific self-identities of the communities, as well as their heterogeneity in gender relations. In particular, this research maps these communities' differences in expressions, trajectories (visions for the future), themes, narrations, language, and networks based on their gender relations. The Geographic Information System (GIS) method is used to map and explore the gender issues in these literary communities. By understanding the mapping of these literary communities, the dynamics of the social spaces used by these communities can be traced synchronically within a specific period. It can also be followed up when the database is used diachronically over time. This research finds that social spaces that enable open narration are insufficient to ensure the equality of women and men. Flexible domestic spaces for women are also necessary to ensure women to be active in creating the trajectory of the literary communities since they have capacities to do it.
Tulisan geneologi dan gerakan militansi salafi jihadi kontemporer ini, berusaha menjelaskan bagaimana suatu ide tertentu dalam salafi-jihadisme muncul, tipologi dan doktrin jihad salafism, dinamika gerakan jihad salafism dan karakteristik yang menentukannya. Tulisan ini juga akan menjelaskan cara yang unik dan berbeda yang mana para salafi-jihadis memahami, mengembangkan atau menterjemahkan ide-ide tersebut yang berbeda dengan bagaimana kelompok Muslim yang lain mempersepsikan ide tersebut melalui sebuah gerakan. Salafisme sendiri menurut penulis adalah sebuah konsep yang masih terlalu luas untuk dimaknai. Penulis mengutip perkataan Bernard Haykel bahwa Istilah salafi, dan hal-hal lain yang dikaitkan dengannya, masih belum didefinisikan dengan baik dan sering difahami secara salah dalam banyak literatur tentang pergerakan ini, dan dalam kajian Islam yang lebih umum. Dalam konstruksinya yang paling sederhana, salafisme Mengacu pada para pendahulu yang sholih dari tiga generasi awal Muslim. Karena itu salafisme adalah pandangan keagaaman yang menginginkan untuk menghidupkan kembali praktek-praktek tiga generasi awal Islam yang secara kolektif dikenal sebagai as-salafush shalihin. Penulis menjelaskan adanya banyak opini yang berbeda dari para ilmuwan tentang karakteristik tertentu yang secara presisi mendefinisikan gerakan salafi-jihadi sebagai sebuah kesatuan, yang merupakan salah satu bagian dari spektrum salafi yang luas. Dengan mengacu dan mengkompromikan pendapat yang berbeda dari para ilmuwan, penulis berpendapat bahwa ada lima ciri/fitur mendasar dari gerakan salafi-jihadi yaitu: tauhid, hakimiyyah, wala’ wal baro’, jihad, dan takfir. Kelima ciri ini dipilih berdasarkan arti pentingnya terhadap gerakan salafi-jihadi.
Penelitian ini menjelaskan tentang bagaimana gaya kepemimpinan, apa saja upaya yang dilakukan oleh pemimpin dalam mengelola yayasan serta apa saja faktor penunjang dan faktor penghambatnya. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dimana metode ini digunakan untuk menggambarkan sejelas-jelasnya hasil dari penelitian tersebut. Adapun hasil penelitiannya gaya kepemimpinan ketua yayasan bersifts demokratis dan mengutamakan kerjasama yang membedakan dengan pemimpin yang lainnya ibu ketua yayasan memberikan perhatian lebih seperti seorang ibu terhadap anaknya, adapun upayanya selain mengadakan kegiatan yang mengikutsertakan seluruh anggota yayasan beliau memperbarui sistem planning serta kepengurusan yayasan mempunyai relasi yang luas karena beliau aktif di berbagai organisasi, menjadikan kelebihan tersebut sebagai jalan untuk usaha baik dalam segi keuangan dan segi publikasi yayasan. This study describes how leadership style, what are the efforts made by leaders in managing the foundation and what are the supporting factors and inhibiting factors. This research method uses descriptive qualitative method where this method is used to describe clearly the results of the study. As for the results of his research, the leadership style of the chairman of the foundation is democratic and prioritizes cooperation which distinguishes the other leaders. The mother of the foundation leader gives more attention to a mother to her child. As for her efforts in addition to holding activities that involve all members of the foundation, she is renewing the planning system and managing the foundation. broad because he is active in various organizations, making these advantages as a way for business both in financial terms and in terms of foundation publications.
