Post-transplant lymphoproliferative disease and skin cancers are the most common malignancies in transplant patients. Myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS) are quite rare. MDS are a heterogeneous group of clonal stem cell disorders. MDS will be presented with isolated anemia and may present with severe pancytopenia.
