Silvery hair is a common presentation of rare group of autosomal recessive disorders called Silvery hair syndromes including Griscelli syndrome (GS), Chediak-Higashi syndrome, and Elejalde syndrome. GS is characterized by a silvery grey sheen to hair, large clumped melanosomes in hair shaft, partial albinism, and variable cellular immunodeficiency. We report two cases of GS with classical clinical features and confirmatory findings by microscopic skin and hair examination.

Congenital alopecia includes a broad differential diagnosis and presents a diagnostic and therapeutic challenge for the physician. Congenital atrichia is a rare form of irreversible alopecia that is usually inherited as an autosomal recessive pattern. We report a 2-year-old male child presenting with total alopecia of scalp, eyebrows, eyelashes, and body hair since birth. The child had cardiac malposition with situs inversus of the viscera. Computed tomography of the chest and abdomen revealed median position of the heart with transposition of abdominal viscera. To our knowledge, this is the first case of congenital atrichia associated with situs inversus and mesocardia.

This paper gives the brief design of the hardware model & its development of a fire alarm circuit in crowded places is presented in brief. Fire Alarm Circuit is a simple circuit that detects the fire and activates the Siren Sound or Buzzer. Fire Alarm Circuits are very important devices to detect fire in the right time and prevent any damage to people or property. Fire Alarm Circuits and Smoke Sensors are a part of the security systems which help in detecting or preventing damage. Installing Fire Alarm Systems and Smoke Sensors in commercial buildings like offices, movie theatres, shopping malls and other public places is compulsory. There are many expensive and sophisticated Fire Alarm Circuit in the form of stand-alone devices, but we have designed five very simple Fire Alarm Circuits using common components like Thermistor, LM358, Germanium Diode, LM341 and NE555.This is a very simple alarm circuit using Thermistor, LM358 Operational Amplifier and a Buzzer. The primary purpose of fire alarm system is to provide an early warning of fire so that people can be. evacuated & immediate action can be taken to stop or eliminate of the fire effect as soon as possible Alarm can be triggered by using detectors or by manual call point (Remotely). The work presented here is the mini-project work of the second sem students of Electronics & Communication Engineering Department of Dayananda Sagar College of Engg., Bangalore.

Future mobile communications will shift from supporting the internet of everything (IoE) to facilitating interpersonal communications beyond fifth-generation (B5G) and sixth-generation (6G) mobile communications. Intelligent communications with full integration of big data and artificial intelligence (AI) will play a key role in improving network efficiency and providing high-quality service. The AI-powered mobile communications require vast volumes of data to be collected from a real network environment for systematic testing and verification because it is a rapidly growing paradigm. As a result, we create the first true-data testbed for 5G/B5G intelligent networks (TTIN), which includes on-site experimental 5G/B5G networks, data collection and storage, and an AI engine and network optimization. True network data collecting, storage, standardisation, and analysis are possible in the TTIN, allowing for data-driven networks and system-level online verification of important B5G/6G technologies.
