ABSTRAK Kuat lemahnya keyakinan masyarakat terhadap nilai-nilai dan norma-norma yang telah mereka sepakati dan junjung tinggi menentukan terciptanya keteraturan sosial di lingkungan tempat tinggal mereka. Penguatan keyakinan tersebut dapat dilakukan melalui pemberdayaan literasi Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) masyarakat yang mendasari konsep Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) Tematik Online. Literasi TIK masyarakat menjadi kunci kelancaran dan keberhasilan penerapan model KKN Tematik Online. Selain kesanggupan dan kesiapan mahasiswa dan masyarakat mitra. Artikel ini dibuat berdasarkan hasil kajian terhadap pelaksanaan KKN Tematik Online di delapan Kota/Kabupaten Jawa Barat. Bertujuan untuk mengungkap bagaiamana masyarakat mitra memperoleh pengalaman belajar meningkatkan keteraturan sosial melalui kegiatan tukar belajar dengan mahasiswa. Hasil kajian menggambarkan pengalaman tukar belajar mengetahui, terampil melakukan sesuatu, hidup bersama, dan hidup mandiri antara mahasiswa dan masyarakat mitra meningkatkan derajat literasi TIK masyarakat, menambah pengalaman belajar mahasiswa dan masyarakat mitra, serta meningkatkan keteraturan sosial. Strengthening this belief can be done through empowering people's Information and Communication Technology (ICT) literacy which underlies the Thematic Online Real Work Lecture (KKN) concept. Community ICT literacy is the key to the smooth and successful implementation of the Online Thematic Community Service Model. In addition to the ability and readiness of students and partner communities. This article is based on the results of a study on the implementation of the Thematic Online Community Service Program in eight cities/districts of West Java. Aims to reveal how partner communities gain learning experiences to improve social order through exchange activities with students. The results of the study describe the exchange experience of learning to know, being skilled at doing things, living together, and living independently between students and partner communities, increasing the level of community ICT literacy, increasing the learning experience of students and partner communities, and increasing social order.Keywords: Online Thematic Community Service Program, community ICT literacy, social order
