This study aims to identify and analyze the role of health workers and families in teenage pregnancy in the Kepahiang District in 2021. This study is a quantitative descriptive study using a cross-sectional design. The results of the univariate analysis showed that most of the respondents were aged 30-34 years (25.8%), there were 53 people (60.2%) who experienced pregnancy in their teens (<19 years), most of the respondents were 53 people (60.2 %) had sufficient family roles, as many as 66 people (75%) stated that the part of health workers was included in the excellent category. Respondents who indicated that they had a family role in the superb category out of 53 mainly were 39 people or 73.6% who experienced teenage pregnancy, respondents who stated the position of health workers in the excellent category were almost all of the respondents or as many as 15 people (78.9%) who experienced teenage pregnancy. Data analysis with a chi-square statistical test was obtained (p-value) (0.125). The variable of the role of parents and the incidence of pregnancy in adolescents with p-value = 0.000 In conclusion, there is no relationship between the part of health workers and the incidence of teenage pregnancy in Kepahiang Regency in 2021. There is a relationship between the role of the respondent's parents with the incidence of adolescent pregnancy, and there is no relationship between the part of health workers with the incidence of teenage pregnancy. Violence Against Women (VWA) merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan masyarakat secara global. Karena kekerasan terhadap perempuan merupakan pelanggaran hak asasi manusia yang berdampak signifikan terhadap korban, keluarga, dan masyarakat. Violence Against Women meningkat dan menjadi perhatian khusus selama COVID-19 karena pandemi mempengaruhi hampir setiap negara secara global dan menyebabkan dampak yang signifikan, seperti dampak negatif pada aspek kesehatan, ekonomi dan sosial. Penelitian menggunakan Literature Review dengan database: Wiley Online Library, PubMed, dan ScienceDirect. Hasil pencarian yang memenuhi kriteria kemudian dilakukan analisis artikel. Studi apprasial menggunakan Joana Briggs Institute (JBI). Hasil didapatkan dari 26 artikel relevan judul dan abstrak, didapatkan 5 artikel yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Dari 5 artikel kemudian menghasilkan lima tema yaitu pendidikan, ekonomi rendah, kecemasan, usia, dan pernikahan yang tidak diinginkan. Upaya pemerintah pusat dan daerah harus bekerja untuk meningkatkan kesetaraan gender, dalam mengatasi faktor risiko di berbagai tingkat, menggunakan pendekatan berbasis masyarakat dan institusi untuk mencegah terjadinya Violence Against Women. Violence AgainstWomen increased and became a significant concern during COVID-19, as the pandemic affected almost every country and had a substantial impact on health, economics, and society. The literature review is conducted using the databases Wiley Online Library, PubMed, and ScienceDirect. Articles are then analyzed from the search results that meet the criteria. The Joana Briggs Institute was used to conduct the appraisal study Joana Briggs Institute (JBI). Five articles that met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were identified from 26 articles that were relevant to the title and abstract. Five themes emerged from the five articles: education, the poor economy, anxiety, aging, and unwelcome marriage. National and local government efforts should focus on gender equality, addressing risk factors at multiple levels, and preventing violence against women through community-based and institutional approaches.
