Research Involving Human or Animal Subjects The study sought approval through a detailed ethics application associated with primary data collection for this project before commencing the data collection process. The Human Research Ethics Application (Application ID: SS00190) associated with primary data collection for this project was submitted in early 2018, before the first field trip to Indonesia. The required ethical clearance, including participants' information sheet and consent form, were approved by the University of Queensland's SubCommittee for Human Research Ethics Approval (HREA) under its Low and Negligible Risks category. The Approval Number for the Ethics Application is 2018000296, which was valid till 1 April 2019.
