This paper analyzes the comparison of data communications using GEO satellites between C-band and Ka-band frequencies in Indonesia which has a tropical rain climate. The data communication uses QPSK modulation on the path of four earth stations by paying attention to six variations of observation time. Parameters, C/ N, Eb/No and link margins, are applied to indicate the communication performance. This study shows that C-band satellite communication can be implemented for all conditions, whereas in Ka-band the success of communication transfer cannot be accessed by all observation times.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah penggunaan role playing mampu meningkatkan kemampuan emosional anak kelompok B di TK Islam Al- Asy’ari NW Reban Tebu Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019, Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Taman Kanak-Kanak Islam Al- Asy’ari NW Reban Tebu Selong Kabupaten Lombok Timur Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019, dilaksanakan pada bulan September-Oktober 2018. Subjek penelitian ini ada 2, yaitu subjek yang melakukan tindakan yaitu Guru kelas B TK Islam al-Asy’ari, dan subjek yang menerima tindakan yaitu siswa kelompok B sebanyak 19 orang anak. Data dikumpulkan dengan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan berupa instrument lembar observasi yang berbentuk checklist dan instrument wawancara untuk guru, indikator kinerja, prosedur tindakan, dan analisis data. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa: dengan metode role playing dapat meningkatkan kemampuan emosional siswa yang dilihat dari peningkatan yang terjadi pada Siklus I dan Siklus II. Setelah mendapat tindakan pada pertemuan Siklus I terjadi peningkatan sebesar 48 % atau 9 orang siswa katagori Mulai Berkembang (MB) dan 52% atau 10 orang siswa katagori berkembang sesuai harapan. Pada pertemuan ke-2 siklus II terjadi peningkatan yang signifikan yaitu 16% atau 3 orang siswa pada katagori Mulai berkembang ( MB) dan 84% atau 16 siswa pada katagori berkembang sesuai harapan (BSH). pada anak Kelas B usia 5-6 tahun di TK Islam AL-Asy’ari NW Reban Tebu pada tahun ajaran 2017/2018 yaitu sesuai dengan katagori ketuntasan yaitu 80%.

Island health problems are a very important issue to be revealed on the surface. Lumu-Lumu island is one of the small islands located 27.54 km from Makassar city. Its remote area that do not reached yet by regular sea transportation situated this island as vulnerable to environmental health risks. This study aims to determine the condition of environmental sanitation of the people of Lumu-Lumu Island, Makassar city. The research design used descriptive with a spatial approach. The study population was 224 households and 55 households were selected through simple random sampling. The results showed that the conditions of the waste around the environment attracted many mosquitoes (56.4%), ownership of latrines (58.2%) and the place for distribution of final waste feces to the sea (54.5%). The source of drinking water and clean water for cooking used was tap water from PDAM/Project/HIPPAM, respectively, 43.6% and 49.1%. Meanwhile, the households used water from wells dug protected for washing dishes and glasses (69.1%) and for brushing teeth (61.8%). Respondents treated water before drinking and cooking (61.8%). This study concludes that the majority of respondents have latrines. The most widely use of source of clean water for cooking and drinking is water from clean water treatment equipment while for washing dishes and toothbrushes they use well dug protected. The majority of respondents have treated clean water before being minimized and cooked.
The objective of the research was to know the impact of teaching ability of economic teachers that were certified upon the student’s achievement in economic subject. The type of this research was quantitative method. The population and sample of the research were all economics students with total of forty-four students. The data of teaching ability was collected by questionnaires and student’s achievement were taken from documentation of economic scores from economic teachers.Then, the data was analyzed with serial correlation. Based on the result of data analysis, it could be concluded that there was a positive relationship of teaching ability of economics teachers that werecertified with students’ achievement in economic subject with very low relationship.
