El objetivo de este trabajo es analizar si en las empresas del sector turístico está presente el mobbing. La revisión de la literatura pone de manifiesto que realmente esta forma de acoso tiene lugar en las compañías de este sector, produciendo daños graves a empleados y a empresas. Por tanto, los directivos tienen una importante tarea por delante para eliminar o al menos minimizar la presencia del acoso psicológico en el lugar de trabajo.
In the context of rapid urban expansion, as well as an increased growth and competition in the land development and construction industry; the earned value granted by differentiating attributes in projects is decisive for the brand positioning of a company and its competitive advantage. This study presents a method of designing positioning strategies for the land and housing developer. The objective is to outline initiatives that guarantee competitive advantage and that are recognized and appreciated by the clients, through innovative strategies and processes that increase the value of the attributes of the end product and that result in a sustained growth for the land development practices. The method included the review of the universe of attributes that housing and land developers consider important, their classification into attributes of "corporate identity" and "technical quality" to weight them through the valuation given by experts, competitors and clients; in order to determinate the degree of implementation based on its assessment by the experts, estimated cost and feasibility of implementation.
Traceability is the set of measures, actions and procedures that allow registering and identifying a particular product from its beginning to its final destination, observing this there is the possibility of using principles of this concept in construction projects, and in particular in what is refers to the implementation of quality programs are an important challenge to validate its success from the moment it starts until the client or user receives said finished project. This paper presents a case study of the implementation of the 3cv + 2® quality model in all real estate projects of a Mexican real estate company and its traceability throughout the construction processes-internal delivery-delivery to the client-guarantees- Customer satisfaction through the analysis of results, records and indicators over time.
