The purpose of this study was to determine whether a type of Teams Game Tournament cooperative learning can improve student learning outcomes during Limited Face-to-face Learning Process (PTMT) takes place. This research was conducted in November 2021. The research location is in YPK Private Junior High School Medan. A total of 26 seven-class students were selected as the research object in this study. Observations, questionnaires and tests were used as data collection tools. The study used a classroom action research (CAR) approach, in which teachers act as researchers. The study was conducted in two cycles. From the results of the study, it was concluded that: 1) The Team Game Tournament model can make students more active in learning activities: 2) Learning using team game tournament mode can improve students' learning outcomes through proper time management.Abstrak: Untuk mengetahui apakah model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Team Game Tournament (TGT) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa selama pembelajaran tatap muka terbatas (PTMT) merupakan tujuan penelitian ini dilaksanakan. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan November 2021. Lokasi penelitian berada di SMP Swasta YPK Medan. Sebanyak 26 siswa kelas VII dijadikan subjek dalam penelitian ini. Angket, lembar observasi, dan tes digunakan sebagai instrumen pengumpulan data. Penelitian menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dimana guru bertindak sebagai peneliti. Adapun penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Dari hasil penelitian dapat ditarik kesimpulan yaitu : 1) Model Team Game Tournament dapat membuat siswa lebih aktif dalam kegiatan belajar: 2) Hasil belajar siswa dapat meningkat dengan penerapan model Team Game Tournament selama PTMT dengan manajemen waktu yang tepat.
