The present study proposes a methodology to model motivational triggers through ubiquitous technologies. This triggers can help users to learn new behaviors. The model is validated throught a case study focused on the logicalrational use of electric energy resources. The identification of the users' motivational profile enables the organization of motivational messages that, when sent in the right way and at the right time, can enhance the ubiquitous learning process that, in this work, is related to environmental education.Resumo.
