E-commerce has increased recently because of the development of the internet and has become a new concept that is applicable to trade transaction and services providing, using information technology. This is known as e-commerce thatis a means of communicating information،products or services through technical tools. This research proposed model is able to take advantage of Blockchain technology to develop e-commerce especially consumer toconsumer. The proposed model adds some advantages to ecommerce operations, and the possibility of developing them to reach a high percentage of profits by using blockchain technology which led to verify the information of products offered for sale. In addition, to the possibility of distributing feedback to all Blockchain users, through which it develops the mechanism of trust and cooperation between consumers, it is considered a reference point to explore the behaviour of commercial consumers which is stored in the data file of consumers. This model facilitates business processes between consumer andconsumer, eliminates the central role of large business companies in controlling and setting restrictions, and to the development and expansion of this type of trade.

The category of audio-visual dysfunction represents the largest group of children with delayed language development. Audio-visual dysfunction not only affects children's normal communication but also hinders their growth, becoming the main reason affecting their life and learning. In China, medical resources for children with audio-visual dysfunction are noticeably insufficient and cannot be valued. The rehabilitation exercise cycle is long, and patients and their parents are mostly unable to adhere to it in the long-term. Aiming at addressing these problems, this paper tries to design and study the family treatment system of audio-visual dysfunction independently. Users with experience design users for zhongtun, jizuatun and li, experience full link, pay attention to the details of each experience point, strive to accurately complete each treatment training in the most efficient display space and play the training function of the acme. Behind the emotional expression, a good design with common characteristics of user experience is made through the front iteration process of user model establishment and data accumulation. The research content of this paper is structured as follows: first, it studies the principle of user experience, analyses the influence of mobile devices on pre-school children and discusses the characteristics of existing children's educational toys and children's interactive products, as well as the physical and intellectual characteristics of pre-school children. Then, the classification, causes and treatment of children's visual and audio impairment are discussed. The design method of combining the theoretical movement of user experience with children's audio-visual functional family therapy system is mentioned. Then, more effective user requirements were collected through observation of target user behaviour, single interview and exploration of storage and modelling. We also summarise user requirements, build user models in story form and prioritise requirements.

Arabic language is one of the most commonly used language in the world. It plays a very important role in educational operations around the world. It contains various parts such as poetry, poem, novel, and stories, as well as linguistic and grammatical rules and movements of letters, which change the word according to the movements accompanying each letter, for example, there are movements of lifting and breaking and annexation and silence. In this paper, we will review the research papers that studied the Arabic language learning websites, using the content analysis to determine strengths, weaknesses, advantages, disadvantages, and limitations. This research paper concluded that there is still a shortage and scarcity in the number of articles and websites on the internet that teach Arabic language. The suggestion is to assign task of development to Arab world instituties and others by increasing their number of websites on the internet and enriching their scientific content to improve it and increase its spread between the learners.
