Malaria adalah penyakit yang disebabkan oleh parasite bernama Plasmodium. Tercatat keseluruhan kasus malaria yang terjadi di Indonesia pada tahun 2019 adalah sebanyak 250.644 kasus. Dan kasus malaria tertinggi terjadi di provinsi Papua, yaitu sebesar 86% atau sebanyak 216.380 kasus. Di Provinsi Papua, penyakit malaria dialami oleh semua usia dan bulan-bulan terjadi peningkatan pasien penderita malaria juga sangat bervariasi. Hal ini mengakibatkan dinas Kesehatan mengalami kesulitan dalam mengelompokan jenis malaria berdasarkan usia pasien dan bulan-bulan kejadian. Sebenarnya sudah ada penelitian yang menjelaskan pengelompokan jenis-jenis malaria, namun belum dijelaskan secara terperinci masing-masing kelompok malaria seperti Malaria Tropika, Malaria Tertiana, Malaria Quartana, Malaria Ovale. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah, melakukan analisis cluster terhadap beberapa jenis malaria, usia dan bulan kejadian. Metode cluster yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Single Linkage dan K-Means. Selanjutnya kedua metode akan di evalusi menggunakan standar deviasi. Metode terbaik yang dapat digunakan untuk analisis cluster adalah metode yang memiliki nilai standar deviasi lebih kecil. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Papua. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa, metode Single Linkage lebih akurat dibandingkan dengan K-Means. Dimana dari 50 pasien terdapat 47 pasien lebih dominan terkena penyakit malaria tertiana yaitu pada rentang usia remaja dan dewasa pada bulan juni. Sehingga diharapkan pemerintah Provinsi Papua dapat memberikan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat, khususnya mereka yang pada rentang usia remaja dan dewasa. Karena hampir 94% penyakit malaria tertiana di derita oleh mereka yang berusia remaja dan dewasa.
The aim of this project is to create a bilingual dictionary application as an education tool in introducing Biak language. The electronic dictionary application is used to translate the meaning of words from Indonesian into Biak language and vice versa.The programming language used to create the interface of the dictionary is Visual Basic.NET 2010 while to create the database MySQL has been used. This electronic dictionary application can also be used to add, edit and delete words. Besides the goal of designing and manufacturing the electronic dictionary, itis expected to help the people who may want to learn the Biak language and in particular the tribal people of Biak who may not fluently speakBiak language because of lack of vocabulary or who may not speak Biak language at all. In addition, it is expected that this application can also be used to maintain the culture of the nation, especially the preservation of Biak language.
In the world of education, a lot of knowledge is learned by students. One of them is Mathematics which has been taught starting from basic education to higher education. Fractions are a subject in the field of mathematics that is considered the most difficult to learn, both understanding the basic concepts and understanding the concept of their use, namely understanding operations in fractions. To overcome the above difficulties, in studying or teaching fractions to students about the concepts and operations of counting, it is necessary to have a method, so that learning mathematics becomes an exciting learning. One of them is the Interactive Media based on Macromedia Flash. The short-term objective of this service activity is to provide a new atmosphere for students in learning, namely introducing the use of Macromedia Flash-based Interactive Media in teaching fractions. Meanwhile, the long-term goal is for the teachers of SD Pemb.V Yapis Waena to obtain a new method for comparison in learning fractions. This activity was held on 18-19 September 2020 which was attended by 20 grade V students of SD Pemb.V Yapis Waena. The methods used are lectures, discussions, question and answer methods, demonstrations and practice, as well as observation and evaluation of the results of the multimedia teaching aids. The conclusion is that by learning the fraction concept using interactive media based on Macromedia Flash, the teacher will be more concrete in explaining the concepts and operations of fractions to students.Keywords: SD Yapis, Fractions, Method, Macromedia Flash
The security of important and confidential data is a top priority. Therefore, it is necessary to secure appropriate data to ensure confidentiality. Secrecy of data security can be done by randomizing the data in order to make the data is difficult to understand by anyone. One of the data security techniques that can be used is Advanced Hill Cipher cryptography. The purpose of this research was to create an application or software used to secure an image’s data by applying the Advanced Hill Cipher algorithm. A classic cryptographic technique, which use a matrix as a key in the process of encrypting and decrypting data with the type of key used is the symmetric key type. The data used in this study was an image data, while the application development used the language of MATLAB Programming. The method used in this study was the Advanced Hill Cipher Cryptographic Algorithm. Basically the Advanced Hill Cipher Cryptography algorithm is much more like the Hill Cipher algorithm. However, on Advanced Hill Cipher, algorithms are developed using a key matrix that always has inverse; so that the disadvantages of the hill cipher algorithm are that the key matrix does not always have inverse resolved. In this research, the key matrix used is a 2x2 order involuntary matrix with integer elements. The output of this study is anapplication that can be used to encrypting and decryptinggrayscaleand color image data with key matrix that always have inverse.
MSMEs are an essential sector in regional economic growth. Up to now, Papua Province has been trying to improve the economy. Still, it seems not optimal, as seen from the Human Development Index and the Percentage of the Poor Population, where Papua occupies the last rank. One of the causes found here is the processing of MSMEs that have not been optimal. MSME data collection services are still done manually with Microsoft Excel. This impacts making strategic policies for SMEs that are not optimal because their data are not updated. This study aims to develop a web-based MSME data collection application to facilitate the SME field admin and MSME actors for the data collection process. The method used in making this application is the waterfall method, where the development of this application is done sequentially. The final result of this study resulted in an easy application for collecting data on SMEs and updating data. In addition, it is also in the form of data collection reports for MSMEs and mapping of beneficiaries each year. Salah satu penyebab yang di temukan disini adalah pengolahan UMKM yang belum optimal. Pelayanan pendataan UMKM masih dilakukan secara manual dengan Microsoft Excel. Hal tersebut berdampak dalam pengambilan kebijakan strategis UMKM yang tidak optimal, karena data yang dimiliki tidak up to date. Penelitian ini bertujuan tunk mengembangkan aplikasi pendataan UMKM berbasis web untuk mempermudah admin bidang UKM maupun pelaku UMKM untuk proses pendataan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pembuatan aplikasi ini adalah metode waterfall, dimana pengembangan aplikasi ini lakukan secara berurutan. Hasil akhir penelitian ini menghasilkan aplikasi yang mudah untuk untuk pendataan UMKM serta updating data.
