Artificial insemination technique (AI) forms the core of all falcon breeding programs which are intended to alleviate the pressure on wild populations since the adult birds of this species hardly copulate under captive situation (Bailey and Lierz, 2017). The outcome of falcon AI plans largely depends on semen characteristics in terms of quality and quantity (Parks and Hardaswick, 1987) which are often measured by routine laboratory techniques. Accurate assessment of avian semen achieved by Computer Assisted Sperm Analysis (CASA) as compared to conven-
