Park and Ride merupakan salah satu bentuk Transportation Demand Management (TDM) berupa penyediaan fasilitas parkir yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan penggunaan transportasi umum dan memenuhi kebutuhan pergerakan penglaju karena berfungsi sebagai penghubung antara pusat kota dengan wilayah sub-urban dengan keterbatasan jaringan transportasi umum. Stasiun Sidoarjo sebagai stasiun asal terbesar di Kabupaten Sidoarjo merupakan salah satu lokasi yang direkomendasikan untuk pengembangan fasilitas Park and Ride. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja parkir di Stasiun Sidoarjo, baik kinerja operasional dan pelayanan menggunakan analisis kinerja parkir dan model kano, serta menyusun prioritas rekomendasi perencanaan parkir di Stasiun Sidoarjo menggunakan Analytical Hierarchy Process. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi lapangan dan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 100 pengguna parkir Stasiun Sidoarjo dan 11 responden ahli. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada fasilitas parkir Stasiun Sidoarjo masih terdapat beberapa aspek yang perlu ditingkatkan guna mendukung
Park and Ride (P&R) is a form of transportation demand management closely related to commuting activities. Several developed countries, such as the UK, Canada, China, and Hong Kong already implemented P&R with a high level of effectiveness and success in overcoming the congestion problems in the city center, low use of public transportation, and air pollution. However, in developing countries, the various positive impacts of P&R still have not been able to encourage commuters' intentions to use these facilities. The level of P&R use at Sidoarjo Station is still relatively low (44.3%). Behavioral is one of several keys to the success of P&R that depends on intention and ability. The intention is the result of knowledge, social, and infrastructure that can support the use of public transport and P&R. This study aims to identify factors that can influence commuters' intentions to use P&R at Sidoarjo Station based on the theory of planned behavior using SEM analysis. The results showed that P&R and public transportation conditions as perceived behavioral control were the most influential factors on commuter intentions. The conditions of public transportation (including availability and location) and the quality of P&R facilities are also essential considerations for commuters using P&R
Interaksi yang kuat antara individu dengan penyedia layanan sanitasi merujuk pada peningkatan Kesehatan dan kontribusi masyarakat dan dapat diterapkan sebagai konep peningkatan layanan sanitasi Pengaruh dari kualitas layanan sanitasi buruk, terutama di perkotaan dapat mencemari lingkungan, selain itu keberadaan limbah domestik yang mengandung mikroorganisme patogen dapat menularkan berbagai jenis penyakit apabila masuk ke dalam tubuh manusia. Sehingga, untuk mencegah dan mengatasi masalah tersebut, perlu adanya pengelolaan limbah. Kota Batu merupakan kota dengan perkembangan yang cukup pesat, terutama dengan jumlah penduduk yang mencapai 205.788 jiwa. Adapun sumber dana pengelolaan limbah salah satunya berasal dari retribusi. Salah satu retribusi yang dipungut atas pelayanan yang disediakan oleh pemerintah kota adalah retribusi penyedotan kakus. Perhitungan tarif retribusi pembersihan atau penyedotan kakus di Kota Batu dilakukan berdasarkan Pedoman Penyusunan Tarif Retribusi SPALD, dengan mempertimbangkan hasil perhitungan WTP yang berasal dari persepsi masyarakat. Berdasarkan perhitungan yang dilakukan, tarif retribusi terbagi menjadi tiga kelompok tarif, yaitu kelompok tarif rendah dengan rentang harga sebesar Rp. 280.000 – Rp. 470.000, kelompok tarif sedang Rp. 312.000 – Rp. 502.000, dan kelompok tarif tinggi Rp. 343.200 – Rp. 533.200. Hal tersebut masih sesuai dengan hasil perhitungan WTP, dimana menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata WTP dari pengelolaan sanitasi sebesar Rp.287.258,06.
Park and ride (P&R)is the right strategy to overcome transportation problems in metropolitan cities with high mobility levels to realize smart mobility. The three main goals of P&R are to reduce congestion levels, increase public transportation use, and improve urban space quality. The provision of parking capacity is one of the success factors in the planning of the P&R facility. Therefore it is necessary to calculate the parking space requirement in P&R. The research was conducted at Sidoarjo Station, the most significant origin station in Sidoarjo Regency, and a recommended P&R location. This study aims to calculate parking space requirements and facilities for the existing conditions and projections when P&R operates. Data were collected through primary surveys in the form of observations on parking characteristics at Sidoarjo Station and secondary surveys in literature studies. The results of the study indicate that the existing condition of the parking facility at Sidoarjo Station has exceeded the parking capacity, so to accommodate the need for parking space, it is necessary to increase the parking area of 96 m2 in the existing condition up to 413 m2 or 5,923 m2 for the next ten years.JEL Classification L91; O18; R41
