The main objective of this study is to examine the impact of socio-cultural and organizational factors affecting the career development of female employees. With judgmental/ purposive sampling technique, only 142 respondents have been selected out of 150 questionnaires distributed to female school teachers. This study has tested reliability of questionnaires by using Cronbach alpha. Using multiple regression analysis, it has been found that both socio-cultural and organizational factors have negative impact on women career development. Hence, a conclusion can be drawn-out of the study that there are negative impacts of socio-cultural and organizational factors on women career development. Considering the outcomes, it can be claimed that the study could be useful for school management, trainers, and human resource developers to assist the career development of female school teachers.
In Nepalese society, female people feel that they are facing many obstacles in their career development such as individual, family, organization barriers, etc. In this regard, this study is conducted to analyze barriers in female career development. So, the study's main objective is to analyze the impact of individual and family barriers on female school teachers' career development. ausal effect research design has been employed in this study to analyze the impact of the barriers on female career development. The study used a judgmental sampling technique to gather the real picture of data from female school teachers in Kathmandu valley. Multiple regression analysis techniques has been adopted to analyze the data. From the result of data analysis, it is concluded that the family issue has hampered the career development of female school teachers. This means that Nepalese female teachers have to do their office duty along with giving time for their family members, housework and child-caring, etc. This could be beneficial to school administrators, trainers, and human resource professionals who want to help female teachers for the advancement of their careers.
This paper aims at analyzing the relationships between store environment and customer satisfaction of Bhat-Bhateni Supermarket and Department Store. Descriptive and analytical research designs were used in this study. Judgemental sampling technique was used to collect opinion survey data through structured questionnaire. Out of 150 questionnaires distributed to customers of Bhatbhateni Super Stores under Bhat-Bhateni Supermarket and Department Store in Kathmandu valley, only 60.61 percent of them were found practical. Compare mean test and Gamma test are used to analyse the association between customer satisfaction and store environment at Bhabhateni Super Stores. Compare means test shows that only customers’ perceptions on employees of Bhatbhateni Super Stores are different by gender. Gamma coefficients show that customer satisfaction has a significant positive association with music, lighting, assortment, interior design and employees except layout. Store environment plays an important role in business. Friendly store environment could be a good factor for supermarket to enhance customers’ satisfaction level. The age factor plays a vital role in the perception of human beings on different issues. Regarding this, the main objective of this study is to examine the association between age group and perception of Nepali universities female teachers in the issues of women's career success and barriers such as individual factor, family factor, organizational factor, and socio-cultural factor. With judgmental sampling technique, only 202 responses were selected and usable out of 275 questionnaires distributed to female University teachers. This study has tested the reliability by using Cronbach alpha. Using likelihood ratio, it was found that there is only a significant association of agegroup and perception of female teachers in the issue of women’s career success but there is no significant association in the issues of individual factor, family factor, organizational factor, and socio-cultural factor. From this output, it concluded that perceptions of women university teachers are different with different age-group in the issue of women’s career success. This study could be useful for University/college management, trainers, and human resource developers to assist the career success of female university teachers.

In 1829, Soemmering reported the first case of a live anterior chamber cysticercosis. In the following, we report a rare case of a 13-year-old male who presented with a live adult Taenia solium in the anterior chamber without any systemic features and its successful management.
