In Freising/München fand die erste interdisziplinäre Sommerschule für nachhaltige Chemie statt. Referenten aus der Schweiz, Italien, USA, Österreich und Deutschland vermittelten Studenten, Diplomanden, Doktoranden und Hochschullehrern, aber auch Interessierten Nichtakademikern aus ganz Deutschland das komplexe Thema „Nachhaltigkeit”︁.

Multi-membered N-heterocycles R 0690Synthesis of 1,4,7,10-Tetra-N-alkyl-1,4,7,10-tetraaza-cyclododecanes. -A concise method for the preparation of title compounds (III) via deprotonation of the fourfold lithium amide followed by alkylation is given. The obtained hydrophobic macrocycles are converted into the corresponding Zn, Cu, Ni and Co complexes, cf.
