A PAM inverter system with soft-switching PFC A PAM inverter system with PWM PEG converter for the converter suitable for PM motor drives is proposed. To reduce induction motor drives shown has been proposed in ref. [3]. To the switching losses and EMI noise, a soft switching circuit is improve input current waveform while operate at unity power used for a PFC converter. The PFC converter can control, the factor, the PWM PFC converter are constructed by a bridge output of the PAM inverter. The proposed PAM system has a lot diode rectifier and a buck-boost chopper. The output dc voltage of advantages, viz., a sinusoidal input current, a high power of the converter is controlled by the control loop so that the dc factor, low swi'tching losses, low EMI noise, reduction of the voltage of the PAM inverter is adjusted. The operation of the voltage and current stresses, and reducing torque ripple, etc..converter is a discontinuous current mode (DCM) of the Key Words :PAM inverter, soft-switching, PFC converter, PM inductor in order to obtain some merits of simpler control, such motor as fixed switching frequency, without current sensor and synchronization control circuit. A turn-on of the switching I. INTRODUCTION~~~device in the discontinuous mode is a zero current switching I. INTRODUCTION~~~( ZCS). On the other hand, the device must be switched off at a
