Physical fitness is an important physical component and must be possessed by Sports Education students, because most of the courses offered are practical courses. One of the basic physical fitness that must be possessed is cardiorespiratory endurance. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of basic physical fitness of cardiorespiratory endurance students of the FKIP UMS sports education study program batch 2021. To determine the level of a person's cardiorespiratory endurance can be done by measuring maximum oxygen (VO2max) by means of tests and measurements of running MFT (Multistage Fitness Test). This type of research is quantitative descriptive research which is stated in the form of a percentage. The population of this study used all active students of the FKIP UMS Sports Education Study Program batch 2021 totaling 120 students consisting of 105 boys and 15 girls. The results showed that from 120 sports education students there were 10 people or 8% physical fitness level in the very poor category, 17 people or 14% physical fitness level in the less category, 21 people or 18% physical fitness level in the moderate category, 56 people or 47% at the low level. physical fitness is in good category, and there are 16 people or 13% of sports education students who have a physical fitness level in the very good category. Based on the results of this study, it was concluded that the level of basic physical fitness (cardiorespiratory endurance) of the 2021 FKIP UMS sports education students was good. There are 72 people or 60% of the total 120 students are in the good and very good category.
The purpose of this research is (1) to know the difference in aerobic and anaerobic capacity between children who are born and living on high ground with children born and living in Lowlands, (2) to find out the difference in aerobic and anaerobic capacity between boys, with girls, (3) and to know the effect of interactions between the region and gender-based aerobic capacity. The research was carried out by the post-facto ex method with a 2x2 factorial design. Aerobic capacity data is obtained from the Multi-Stage Fitness Test (MFST/Beep Test), while anaerobic capacity data obtained from Test 50 yard. Data analysis techniques of aerobic capacity and anaerobic using ANAVA 2 x 2 variance analysis with significance a = 0.05. The results of the study can be described as follows: (1) There are significant differences between male and female gender in the aerobic and anaerobic observation that male gender tends to be better than women (2) There are significant differences between those living on the plains. High and lowland on aerobic and anaerobic observation i.e. those living on a plateau tend to be better than those living in lowland (3) there is interaction between gender and location on anaerobic observation i.e. women living in the lowlands tend to have decreased more anaerobic ability than decreased anaerobic ability in males (4) No sex interactions and locations on aerobic observation.
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of groundstroke drills and fixed target on the forehand groundstroke ability of boys aged 12-18 years at club Gomes Klaten in 2021. to find out which exercises were better between groundstroke drills and fixed target on forehand groundstroke techniques aged 12-18 years. at club Gomes Klaten in 2021. The results of this study (1) there is a significant effect between groundstroke drill exercises and fixed target on the results of forehand groundstroke ability in athletes aged 12-18 years at the Gomes Club Klaten in 2021. From the calculations that have been carried out the groundstroke drill group obtained a t value of 3.142 and the fixed target exercise group obtained a t value of 2.625, it was greater than t_(table 5%) which was 2.131. (2) Groundstroke drill exercises have a better effect on the ability of fixed targets on forehand groundstrokes in athletes aged 12-18 years at the Gomes Club Klaten in 2021. The increase in group 1 forehand groundstroke abilities (the group that received groundstroke drill training treatment) was 14.5 % > group 2 (the group that received the fixed target training treatment) which was 9.5%.
This study aims to determine the Anaerobic and Aerobic Capacity of Early Childhood. This research is a descriptive study because it intends to examine and determine as much information as possible from a certain phenomenon and try to give an idea of the anaerobic and aerobic capacity of early childhood. Data collection instruments used the Running-based Anaerobic Sprint Test (RAST) to determine anaerobic capacity and the Multiple Fitness Test to determine aerobic capacity. The study population used was elementary school students. The sample in this study was determined by Purposive Sampling obtained as many as 20 people. Quantitative descriptive statistical analysis techniques. The results of the research can be described as follows: for aerobic capacity, three categories are obtained: the good category is 5 students (25%), the moderate category is 13 students (65%), and the less category there are 2 students (10%), while for anaerobic capacity also obtained three categories namely the good category there are 2 students (10%), the medium category there are 17 students (85%) and the category of less than 1 student (5%).
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat perbedaan peningkatan daya tahan otot lengan melalui metode latihan Handstand Push-up dan Floor Push-up pada atlet gulat Provinsi Jawa Tengah Tahun 2020 di Klub Gulat Han Academy Solo. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan menggunakan deskripsi kuantitatif dan menggunakan “Two group pretest-posttest design”. Subyek penelitian ini adalah atlet gulat putra Provinsi Jawa Tengah yang berlatih di Klub Han Academy Solo yang berjumlah 30 atlet, yang terdiri dari 15 atlet treatment Handstand Push-up dan 15 atlet treatment Floor Push-up. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini berasal dari 30 atlet. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah melalui push-up test untuk mengukur daya tahan otot lengan. Analisis data menggunakan uji statistik nonparametrik wilcoxon. Hasil analisis data dapat disampaikan sebagai berikut: Hasil pengujian peningkaan untuk Handstand Push-up diperoleh peningkatan dari 46,46 menjadi 73 dan hasil peningkatan untuk Floor Push-up diperoleh peningkatan dari 45 menjadi 61,26. Yang berarti bahwa ada peningkatan yang signifikan pada program latihan. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa treatment Handstand Push-up lebih baik daripada treatment Floor Push-up untuk meningkatkan daya tahan otot lengan atlet gulat putra Jawa Tengah Tahun 2020 dengan membandingkan pre test dan post test.
