Post-independence era in India has witnessed many remarkable changes. The higher education system is one such domain. The growth of higher educational system in India has led it to become third largest in the world. Higher education has as a powerful tool to build a knowledge-based information society of the 21st Century. It becomes prime important to balance both the need and the demand for quality of the higher education. The outcome of the higher education needs to be assessed by verifying the desired level of knowledge skill acquired by the students and hence an important role is played by Assessment system used by HEI. The Paper is an attempt to strive and understand the Assessment criteria and suggestive measure to make it more effective.
“Health is wealth with essential oils”. Aromatic plants have also been a boon to humans, particularly in developing countries, who have used them for millennia as food, medicine, health, aromas, and flavoring in meals by their predecessors and generations. These plants are not only used in traditional ways, but they are also exported to developed countries as an ingredient or raw material for fragrances, tastes, and medications. Many of these plants are shipped to industrialized countries as raw materials for pharmaceuticals, perfumes, and tastes, in addition to their traditional uses. When the final item with value-additions is imported back, it will cost the countries several times more than the raw material export revenue. Very few developing countries are producing essential oils and few of these countries are not able to produce good quality conforming to international standards. Plant-based product promotion and development has gained traction as a result of a rise in green consumerism and the present resurgence of the usage of "Naturals" in developed and developing countries, which has provided new impetus to the creation of plant-based products. More openness and demand for new resources, materials, and goods are brought in by a free-market economy.
Healthcare firms have understood that the valuation of “intangible resources” is a crucial driver of their profitability due to the complexity of the business environment and the intensity of competition. “Intellectual capital” is a source of “creativity and invention”, as well as one of the most important components in a company development, as it is the spark for success and growth. Technology has rapidly grown in importance around the world. As a result, the function of knowledge as a primary unit of wealth has been reliant on individuals' “creative ability, experience, and skills” to develop new information. The technological underpinning for KMS implementation is provided by information technology (IT). Since it is employed at all phases of the KM life span, it also offers a way of implementing a robust theoretical framework for KM. IT is critical during the steps of the “socialization externalization combination internalization (SECI)” paradigm. This research study mainly discusses the implementation of knowledge management and its impact on decision making in healthcare organisations. In this context, secondary method of data collection has been considered to gather relevant and factual data from different sources. Thus, keywords are used to find out topic-based information from journals, articles.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
