ÖzBu Çalışma, Ege Bölgesi Sahil Kuşağına uygun ümitvar arpa hatlarının 2013-2014 üretim sezonunda verim ve kalite özelliklerini belirlemek amacıyla, Ege Tarımsal Araştırma Enstitüsü deneme tarlaları ile Karacabey Tarım İşletmesi tarlalarında kurulmuştur. Arazi denemeleri tesadüf blokları deneme deseninde, dört tekerrürlü tek deneme şeklinde yürütülmüştür. Denemede Ege Bölgesi Arpa Islah Araştırmaları projesinde ön plana çıkmış 20 adet arpa hattı ile beraber beş adet (Kaya7794, Akhisar 98, Hilal, Sancak ve Bayrak) tescilli çeşit standart olarak yer almıştır. Bu hat ve çeşitlere ait tane verimi (kg/da), bin tane ağırlığı (g), hektolitre ağırlığı (kg/hl), tane irilik oranı (%) ve protein oranı (%) özellikleri belirlenmiştir. Determination of Improved Barley Lines and Varieties Suitable for the Coastal Areas Conditions of Aegean Region AbstractThis study was conducted to in 2013-14 growing seasons find out improved barley lines suitable for Aegean Agricultural Research Instutue and Karacabey agricultural enterprises field. Experimental design was completely randomized blocks desingns with four replications for the field trials. Following characters were assessed for 20 lines and five registered varieties (Akhisar98, Vamıkhoca98, Kaya7794, Bornova92, Hilal): grain yield (kg/da), 1000 grain weight (g), hektoliter weight (kg/hl) and big grain rate (≥ 2.5 mm), and protein days to spikeling. In the end of the study, the high yield improved barley lines were lines 506.523 and 519, 1000 grain weights were higher for the lines 508.511 and 521 whereas lines 506.515 and Sancak had higher hektoliter. Protein rates were higher for the lines 515.505, 507 and 517 weight. According to results, the improved barley lines 506, 523, 509, 522, 519, 512 and 519 were found out promising lines for The Coastal Areas of Aegean Regıon for high yield, and some more guality properties.

Denemeler her iki lokasyonda da yulaf bölge verim denemesi şeklinde kurulmuş olup, lokasyonlara birleştirilmiş analiz de uygulanmıştır. Çalışmada ıslah çalışmaları sonucu geliştirilen genotiplerin tane verimi ve kalite açısından performanslarının belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu kapsamda tane verimi, hektolitre ağırlığı, bin tane ağırlığı, tane iriliği, protein, yağ, nişasta, besinsel lif, beta glukan ve kül oraları incelenmiştir. Yulaf Bölge Verim Denemesi (YBVD) birleşik lokasyonda genotiplerin tane verimi 279.2-625.3 kg/da, hektolitre ağırlığı 40.3-55.6 kg/hl, bin tane ağırlığı 31.0-41.0 g, 2.2 mm'nin üzerinde kalan yulafların yüzdesi %26.0-83.5, protein %13.7-17.4, yağ %4.6-8.7, besinsel lif %8.9-12.9, nişasta %35.6-52.2, beta glukan %1.1-2.6, kül oranları %3.3-4 arasında değişim göstermiştir. Denemede tane veriminde 12 ve 17, hektolitre ağırlığında 17, bin tane ağırlığında 14, tane iriliğinde 22, protein oranında 13, yağ oranında 12, nişasta oranında 12, besinsel lif oranında 10, beta glukan oranında 18 numaralı hatlar verim ve kalite yönüyle üstün bulunmuşlardır. The Determination of Suitable Oat (Avena sativa L.) Genotypes in Cost LineAegean Region AbstractWith the objective of evaluating promising oat cultivars suited to coastal area of Aegean Region in terms of yield and quality parameters, the research was conducted using randomized block design and two trials with four replications in the fields of Aegean Agricultural Research Institute and Nazilli Cotton Research Station in 2010-2011 growing season. Trials have been have been established in the form of oat yield trials in both locations, the combined analysis was also applied to locations. The aim of this study was to determine of the performances of new varieties developed by breeding studies in terms of grain yield and quality. In the study, grain yield, tousand kernel weight, test weight, kernel size, protein, fat, starch, dietary fibre, β-glucan, ash rate were investigated. Oats Regional Yield Trial (YBVD) unified in locations, results obtained in grain yields 279.2-625.3 kg/da, 18.8-35.8 g, test weight 40.3-55.6 kg/hl, thousand kernel weight 31.0-41.0 g, 2.2 mm remaining on the percentage of oats 26.0-83.5%, protein 13.7-17.4%, fat 4.6-87%, dietary fibre 8.9-12.9%, β-glucan 11-2.6%, ash ratio 33-4%. In the trial, grain yield in the 12 th , 17 th , hectoliter weight in the 17 th , thousand kernel weight 14 th , kernel size in the 22 th , protein content in the 13 th , fat composition in the 12 th , amount of starch in the 12 th , dietary fibre ratio in the 10 th , beta glucan value in the18 th lines showed superior yield and quality characteristics.
