Students of the career of Industrial Civil Engineering at the University of La Serena in Chile were considered in the study and a model including six relational hypotheses is proposed. Surveys were applied to 177 students, representing 54% of the population, considering Likert scale polytomous. To compared the results of the proposed model structural equation methods were used. Finally, confirmation of the multidimensional nature of student loyalty with its center of higher education was determined. Based on this, it is concluded that loyalty student is significantly affected by the quality of the teaching-learning process, student satisfaction has a positive and meaningful influence, and that the network of external support is a significant variable that impacts directly and indirectly students 'loyalty.
This research analyzes the influence of management control on the public value that is generated in the services dependent on the Ministry of Economy, Development and Tourism of Chile. Surveys with a sample size of 375 officials were applied, using a Likert-type polytomous scale. The results are analyzed by the structural equations method based on partial least squares. The creation of public value is explained in 32.5% by the direct relationship with the achievement of challenging results, which, at the same time, depends significantly on the development of competencies, management focused on the management control, allocation of rewards and a culture of continuous improvement. Thus, the systemic management of these variables will promote the creation of public value, where management control will allow public decision makers to know and proactively learn, according to what is happening at all times, in the processes considered critical for the organization.
Palabras clave: intraemprendimiento social; innovación social; institución de educación superior; modelo de ecuaciones estructurales; fidelidad Determinant Factors for Social Intrapreneurism: The Case of the Engineering Students of the University of La Serena, ChileAbstract A model to determine social intrapreneurism behavior in students of institutions of higher education is presented, taking as a study case the engineering careers of the University of La Serena, in Chile. A relational model with eight working hypotheses is proposed. A sample of 401 students was studied and a survey was applied, considering a Likert-type politomic scale. For comparing the results of the proposed model the method of structural equations, based on partial least squares was also used. It was determined that social innovation, student loyalty and willingness to risk account for 46.5% of social intra-entrepreneurial behavior, the identification of students with their career and their university influences directly and meaningfully student's fidelity. It is concluded that the systemic management of the university should focus on promoting social innovation, strengthening students' risk disposition and improving the processes of teaching learning and institutional image.
Palabras clave: competitividad; innovación; productividad; conducta intraemprendedora; ecuaciones estructurales Determinant Factors of Intrapreneurial Behavior in Small and Medium Size Enterprises (SMEs) of the Coquimbo Region in Chile AbstractThe objective of this research is to analyze the organizational factors that influence the intrapreneurial behavior of workers, taking as a target population the workforce represented by a sample of 392 people. The small and medium enterprises of the Coquimbo Region in Chile are in a competitive scenario that motivates them to make decisions to improve innovation and productivity. A model is presented and the results are compared with those of structural equation methods based on covariances. It was determined that intrapreneurial behavior is generated through the management support, autonomy at work, rewards and uncertainty in the workplace, factors that explain 62% of the variance of organizational identification the worker has his company. This, in turn, explains by 51% the variance of intrapreneurial behavior.
