This research aims to analyze the factors influencing customer loyalty at Bank NTB Syariah. These factors include service performance, customer relationship marketing, and marketing mix. This research applies quantitative techniques and is analyzed using multiple linear regressions. The research population is all customers of Bank NTB Syariah Pancor branch offices, totalling 47,853. Sampling applied the non-probability method of the accidental sampling type, with Slovin measurements obtained from 100 samples. The research results show that partially service performance, customer relationship marketing, and marketing mix have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Simultaneously these three factors have a significant effect on customer loyalty. Research results can be a reference for further research examining similar issues. Then it can become a reference material for Bank NTB Syariah to improve the strategy of the three factors in gaining customer loyalty.
Service quality is a fundamental factor in a company engaged in the service sector, in this case BRI Branch Adisucipto Yogyakarta Cilacap. Customer satisfaction can be seen from each level of service provided massively. The results of this study indicate that the validity and reliability instrument testing for all service variables, Tangibles (X1), Reliability (X2), Responsiveness (X3), Assurance (X4), and Emphaty (x5) has taken care of the provisions. Meanwhile, from the test results the value of 17.157 and F table of 2.47 with a significance of 0.000. Therefore (17.157> 2.47) with a significance value less than 0.05 (sig responsiveness (Responsiveness), guarantee (Assurance) and empathy (Emphaty) to customers at the Kawunagnten Cilacap Branch of BRI Bank. And for testing the / R square gets 0.477, which means that the Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Emphty variables in this study can serve customers by 47.7% while the remaining 53.3% are from other variables outside the independent variables. From this research, the conclusion is that the customers of BRI Adisucipto Yogyakarta Branch are quite satisfied with the services provided, but there are several things that are important and need to be considered such as the Tangibles variable because physical evidence is abstract and must be felt directly by the customer. Tangibles quality of service, including adequate physical appearance of the room (waiting room, seating, comfortable interior), parking for service counters and electronic and communication infrastructure must be available so that the customer does not become difficult if the customer wants to connect with the Bank through the telephone network.
This research aims to analyze and show the effect of investment knowledge, risk preferences, and investment returns on student investment interest. This research uses quantitative methods with regression analysis. The research population was 3,710 students of the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business, State Islamic University of Mataram. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling. The sample size was calculated using the Slovin approach to obtain a sample of 98 respondents. The data source comes from primary data in questionnaires and secondary data from the literature. Data analysis was carried out with several tests, including validity tests, reliability tests, classic assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and coefficient of determination tests using IBM SPSS version 21 software. The results of this study indicate that investment knowledge and returns positively and significantly affect student investment interest. Risk preference does not influence student investment interest. These findings can be used as a reference for policymaking for the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in increasing the number of investors targeting the millennial generation.
