ABSTRAKTelah dilakukan analisis El-Nino dan pengaruhnya terhadap curah hujan di Manado Sulut dengan menggunakan data curah hujan bulanan dan Southern Oscillation Index SOI selama thn 1999-2009. Data curah hujan diperoleh dari BMKG Kayuwatu Manado Sulut dan data SOI diunduh dari website Biro Meteorologi Australia BoM. Analisis dilakukan dengan analisis regresi linear sederhana. Diperoleh hasil bahwa curah hujan kota Manado secara umum dari thn 1999-2008 dipengaruhi oleh SOI namun pada thn 2009 ketika terjadi El-nino, curah hujan bulanan Manado tidak dipengaruhi oleh efek El-nino. Hal ini karena pada saat yang sama suhu muka laut perairan Indonesia juga menghangat. Kata kunci: Curah hujan, SOI. ABSTRACTAnalysis of El-Nino and its effect on rainfall in Manado, North Sulawesi, using monthly rainfall data and the Southern Oscillation Index SOI during the years 1999-2009 has been carried out. Rainfall data obtained from BMKG Kayuwatu Manado and SOI data downloaded from the website of Australian Bureau of Meteorology (BoM). The analysis was performed with simple linear regression analysis. The results obtained indicate that rainfall in Manado , in general, was influenced by SOI from the years 1999-2008, but when there is an El-Nino in 2009, monthly rainfall in Manado is not affected by the El-Nino effect. This is due to, at the same time, sea surface temperature in Indonesian territory are also warm.
Telah dilakukan penelitian untuk membuat peta akuifer air tanah di Masjid Kampus Unsrat dan sekitarnya. Penelitian untuk mendapatkan nilai resistivitas lapisan tanah dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode geolistrik konfigurasi Wenner-Schlumberger dengan jumlah lintasan pengukuran sebanyak 5 lintasan. Jumlah data setiap lintasan pengukuran sebanyak 576 data, dan diolah menggunakan software RES2DINV. Hasil berupa gambar tampang lintang resistivitas 2D yang digunakan untuk menentukan posisi akuifer air tanah. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa adanya lapisan dengan nilai resistivitas rendah yaitu 0,12 Ωm-0,64 Ωm. Posisi lapisan dengan nilai resistivitas rendah merupakan lapisan pembawa air dan terdapat di sebelah Selatan, Barat dan Utara Masjid Kampus. Lintasan 1 ada pada meter ke 170-180 dengan kedalaman 5 hingga 30 meter. Lintasan 3 keberadaan air tanah terdapat di meter ke 150-155 dengan kedalam 2 meter-17 meter. Lintasan 4 keberadaan air tanah ada pada meter ke 38-48 dengan kedalaman 8 meter-20 meter. Lintasan 5 keberadaan air tanah ada pada meter ke 50-60 dengan kedalaman 2 meter-10 meter.Research had been done to create a map of groundwater aquifers in Unsrat Campus Mosque and its surroundings. Research to obtain a layer of soil resistivity values were measured using the Wenner-Schlumberger geoelectric configuration with the number of measurement tracks as much as 5 tracks. The amount of data of each track is as many as 576 measurement data, and processed using software RES2DINV. Results are cross-sectional images of 2D resistivity were used to determine the position of groundwater aquifers. The results indicate that the presence of a layer with low resistivity values are 0.12 Ωm-0.64 Ωm. The position of the layer with low resistivity values is water bearing layers and are in the South, West and North Campus Mosque. Tracks 1 exists at 170-180 meters to a depth of 5 to 30 meters. Tracks 3 where the ground water contained in the 150-155 meters to 2 meters into 17 meters. Tracks 4 where groundwater is on 38-48 meters to a depth of 8 meters-20 meters. Tracks 5 where ground water is on 50-60 meters to a depth of 2 meters-10 meters.
Telah dilakukan penelitian untuk mengetahui karakteristik koefisien serap bunyi papan partikel dari bahan dasar serbuk kayu kelapa. Papan partikel dibuat dengan mencampur serbuk kayu kelapa dengan tepung kanji, dicetak, dan dikeringkan. Sampel berbentuk silinder, dibuat sebanyak 4 buah dengan tebal : (1,15 cm), (1,95 cm), (2,95 cm) dan (4,05 cm). Nilai koefisien serap bunyi sampel diukur menggunakan alat ukur koefisien serap bunyi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, ketebalan sampel mempengaruhi nilai koefisien serap bunyi (α) yaitu pada frekuensi 600 Hz. Koefisien serap bunyi (α) semakin menurun dengan bertambahnya ketebalan papan partikel (sampel penyerap).The research had been doing to know characteristic sound absorption coefficient of particle board which made from base material coconut wood dust. The particle board made by mix of coconut wood dust with cornstarch then pressed and dried. The particle board as a sample is cylinder with diameter 8,5 cm. The thick of four samples are 1,15 cm, 1,95 cm, 2,95 cm, and 4,15 cm. The sound absorption coefficient have measured by sound absorption coefficient instruments. The result is sample thickness has influence to sound absorption coefficient values such as at 600 Hz frequencies. Sound absorption coefficients is decreasing to the increasing of the particle board thickness (absorber sample).
Telah dilakukan analisis intensitas radiasi matahari di Manado dan Maros dengan menganalisis pola grafik intensitas radiasi matahari terhadap sudut deklinasi matahari. Faktor pengaruh atmosfer dianalisis dari pola intensitas radiasi matahari terhadap curah hujan dengan metode regresi linear sederhana pada kedua daerah penelitian. Hasil yang diperoleh berupa nilai intensitas radiasi matahari di Maros lebih tinggi dibandingkan Manado sepanjang tahun, dengan Maros 133.121 gram.cal/cm², dan Manado 117.289 gram.cal/cm². Penerimaan intensitas radiasi matahari di Manado dan Maros dipengaruhi oleh intensitas curah hujan di kedua daerah, yaitu kenaikan curah hujan menurunkan intensitas radiasi matahari, disamping dipengaruhi oleh kondisi geografi lokal dan faktor tutupan awan.An analysis of solar radiation intensity in Manado and Maros had been performed by analyzing the chart pattern of the solar radiation intensity against angle of solar declination. The effect of atmosphere was analyzed using a simple linear regression method from the solar radiation intensity pattern against the precipitation at the two areas. The results showed that the solar radiation intensity value in Maros was higher than that in Manado throughout the year, which were 133.121 gram.cal/cm² in Maros and 117.289 gram.cal/cm² in Manado. The solar radiation intensity in Manado and Maros was influenced by precipitation intensity in both regions, that was the increasing precipitation intensity decreased the solar radiation intensity, and by local geography and cloud factor.
