This study aims to know effect and find the best concentrate of Hormonik growing regulatory substances the growth and production of plants Pakcoy. The research was carried out in Complete Random design experiments (RAL) with 5 degrees of treatment with 4 replicates with parameters of observation is the height of plants, number of leaves, leaf width and heavy consumption. The data were analyzed statistically observations with prints, when F Count greater than or equal to F table 5%, followed by the test distance double Duncan in standard of 5%. The giving substance to a regulator grew Hormonikcan increase the growth and production of plants Pakcoy, with the best concentration is 4 cc/l water, it is advisable to further research with increased concentrations of Hormonik growing regulatory substances.
ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis (1) Mengetahui potensi lahan pekarangan dalam rangka program RPL (2) Menganalisis sumbangan pendapatan dan nilai gizi pangan dari pekarangan (3) Mengetahui respon masyarakat terhadap program rumah pangan lestari (RPL) (4).Mengetahui model pemberdayaan Pekarangan di Kecamatan Rumbai Pesisir Kota Pekanbaru Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan metode survey. Unit analisa dalam penelitian ini adalah rumahtangga.Data yang dikumpul dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari data primer dan data sekunder. Penarikan sampel dengan stratified random sampling berdasarkan rata-rata luas bangunan dan pekarangan pada kelurahan terpilih. Analisis data identitas sampel, pemanfaatan pekarangan dilakukan secara diskriptif, sedangkan analisis pendapatan dari pekarangan dilakukan dengan menggunakan rumus-rumus.TR = Y.Py. Pendapatan bersih usahatani pekarangan menggunakan dengan rumus : ∏ = TR-TC. Sedangkan kandungan zat gizi bahan makanan dihitung berdasarkan rumus sbb: KGij= (Bj/100) X GijX (BDDij/100).Hasil penelitian: (1) Kecamatan Rumbai Pesisir berpotensi untuk dikembangakan/ ditingkatkan pemberdayaan pekarangan pada semua strata luas lahan (100 m 2 sampai dengan > 400m 2 ). (2) Pola pemanfaatan pekarangan yang dimungkinkan adalah dengan teknik vertikultur/pot pada lahan sempit, penggunaan para-para atau vertikultur pada lahan yang tergenang air, usahatani di lahan pada lahan luas dan tidak terkena banjir. (3). Sumbangan pendapatan dari pekarangan sebagian besar (72,73%) kurang dari Rp. 1.000.000,-/tahun. Hal ini menunjukkan rendahnya pemanfaatan pekarangan. (4)Sumbangan gizi dari produksi pekarangan, rata-rata 1.034.641 kal Kalori, 53.722 gram protein, 17.763 gram lemak, 206.313 gram karbohidrat, 2.135.461 miligram kalium, 1.811.929 miligram phosphor, 24.067 miligram zat besi, 74.545.653 SI Vit A, 3.685 miligram Vit B1 dan 663.915 miligram Vit.C. (5). Respon masyarakat terhadap RPL masih rendah. hal ini karena adanya faktor sosial-kultur, faktor teknis dan dan faktor ekonomi. PENDAHULUANLahan pekarangan merupakan lahan yang berada di sekitar rumah tangga, biasanya memiliki hubungan kepemilikan dengan pemilik rumah.Pemanfaatan lahan pekarangan dipengaruhi oleh luasan pekarangan dan minat dari anggota keluarga dalam rumah tangga tersebutuntuk memanfaatkan lahan pekarangan.
Lettuce plants is one of the vegetables that have commercial value and goodprospects for development, because demand for lettuce plants continues to increasein line with population growth and awareness of nutritional needs and thedevelopment of such culinary business. This type of lettuce is not widely grown in Riau,when environmental conditions allow, the problem is the type of Ultisol, then toovercome it is to the development of good farming such as the provision of plantgrowth regulator (PGR) Hantu. Hantu PGR containing gibberellic acid, IndolAcetic Acid, Kinetin and Zeatin. The research objective was to determine the effectand get the best Hantu PGR concentration on the growth and production of redlettuce. Research conducted experiments with completely randomized design with 5 level of treatment that is without giving PGR Hantu (H0), the provision of 1 ml / l of water (H1), administration of 2 ml / l of water (H2), giving 3 ml / l water (H3) and the provision of 4 ml / l of water (H4) to four (4) replicates. Data were analyzed by analysis of variance followed by a further test DMRT level of 5%. The results showed that the Hantu PGR can promote the growth and production of red lettuce plants, with the best concentration was 2 ml / l of water.
Sampah yang dikelola dengan baik akan meningkatkan kualitas lingkungan dan kesehatan masyarakat. Mendaur ulang sampah plastik dengan sendirinya membantu pemerintah dalam mengelola sampah, apalagi pengelolaan dilakukan secara professional dan komersil, sehingga menjadi suatu usaha yang menguntungkan. Solusi yang ditawarkan dari permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra antara lain memberikan pelatihan pengelolaan sampah botol plastik bekas menjadi bunga imitasi, dan memberikan motivasi kepada mitra bahwa hasil produknya akan dipasarkan oleh UP2K. Melalui UP2K, kebijakan pimpinan Unilak akan direalisasikan untuk membuka monopoli pasar untuk menjual buket bunga imitasi, dan cinderamata dari botol plastik bekas air mineral. Target luaran adalah artikel di jurnal, ekspos kegiatan di media online, meningkatkan ketrampilan mitra. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan PKM ini antara lain: penyuluhan, demontrasi, pelatihan, pendampingan, dan Evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan yang diperoleh adalah penyuluhan tentang sampah anorganik meningkatkan pengetahuan peserta 17%-33%, pengetahuan tentang manfaat botol plastik bekas, setelah kegiatan meningkat antara 17%-25%, dan pengetahuan tentang merubah bentuk botol plastik bekas menjadi bunga imitasi meningkat antara 67%-83%. Recycling plastic waste by itself helps the government in managing waste, especially management is done professionally and commercially, so that it becomes a profitable business. The solutions offered from the problems faced by partners include providing training in managing waste plastic bottles into imitation flowers, and providing motivation to partners that the products will be marketed by UP2K. Through the UP2K, the Unilak leadership policy will be realized to open a market monopoly to sell imitation flower bouquets and souvenirs from plastic bottles of mineral water. Output targets are articles in journals, exposure to activities in online media, increasing partner skills. The method of implementing this PKM activity is among others: counseling, demonstration, training, mentoring, and evaluation. The results of the activities obtained were counseling about inorganic waste increasing the knowledge of participants 17%-33%, knowledge of the benefits of used plastic bottles, after activities increased by 17%-25%, and knowledge about changing the shape of used plastic bottles to imitation flowers increased by 67%-83%.
In this study, the inoculation effect of earthworms Pontoscolex corethrurus on celery growth (Apium graveolens L.) has been carried out in red-yellow podzolic (RYP) soils. The research studied in a pot experiment using a completely randomized design (CRD) with 6 (six) treatments and 3 (three) replications. One-pot consists of 4 (four) plants. The treatments carried out were as follows: I0 (without inoculum of earthworm), I1 (inoculum of 5 earthworms pot-1), I2 (inoculum of 10 earthworms pot-1), I3 (inoculum of 15 earthworms pot-1), I4 (inoculum of 10 earthworms pot-1) and I5 (inoculum of 25 earthworms pot-1). Observation parameters were the number of tillers clumps-1, fresh biomass clumps-1 (g clump-1), and root volume (mL). The observations were statistically analyzed using variance (one-way ANOVA) and followed by the Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT) with a level of 5%. Treatment I5 gave the best results on celery crop in all parameters, i.e., 20.33 tillers per hill; fresh biomass per clump 113.93 g; and a root volume of 10 mL. The results showed that earthworms' inoculation into RYP soils significantly affected all parameters. There was also an increase in pH in each treatment that was inoculated with earthworms.
