Menopause is a hypoestrogenic condition due to decreased function of the ovaries. This situation can cause changes in the system in the body of women who experience menopause. This causes complaints such as hot flushes. The incidence of women over 50 years of age entering menopause in Indonesia in 2020 is estimated to reach 30.3 million. Handling menopause by giving soy milk. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of soy milk on the reduction of hot flush symptoms in pre-menopausal women at Cempaka Public Health Center, Sungkai Jaya District, North Lampung Regency in 2021. The type of research used is pre-experimental with a one-group pre-test and post-test design approach. The population in this study were premenopausal women aged 45-55 years who experienced hot flushes at the Cempaka Public Health Center. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The sample in this study amounted to 24 people who were given the intervention of giving 250 ml of soy milk 2 times a day for 14 days. Univariate and Bivariate analysis using dependent t-test. The results of the study the average symptom of Hot Flush before drinking soy milk was 7.17 (mild category). The average symptom of a Hot Flush after drinking soy milk was 4.92. There is an effect of soy milk on the reduction of hot flush symptoms in pre-menopausal women p-value of 0.000 (p less than 0.05). Based on the results of the study, it is suggested that health workers can provide information about the benefits of non-pharmacological treatments such as soy milk to reduce the symptoms of hot flushes in postmenopausal women. Abstrak: Menopause merupakan suatu kondisi hipoestrogenik akibat penurunan fungsi dari ovarium. Keadaan ini dapat menyebabkan perubahan sistem pada tubuh wanita yang mengalami menopause. Sehingga menimbulkan keluhan-keluhan seperti hot flush. Angka kejadian wanita usia diatas 50 tahun yang memasuki menopause di Indonesia tahun 2020 diperkirakan mencapai 30,3 juta. Salah satu untuk penanganan menopause dengan memberikan susu kedelai. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Susu Kedelai Terhadap Penurunan Gejala Hot Flush Pada Wanita Pra Menopause di Puskesmas Cempaka Kecamatan Sungkai Jaya Kabupaten Lampung Utara Tahun 2021. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah pre eksperimental dengan pendekatan one group pre test and post test desaign. populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah ibu premenopause berusia 45-55 tahun yang mengalami hot flush di Puskresmas Cempaka, Tehnik sampling yang di gunakan yaitu purposive sampling Sampel dalam penelitian berjumlah 24 orang yang diberi intervensi pemberian susu kedelai 250 ml sebanyak 2 kali sehari selama 14 hari.. Analisa Univariat dan Bivariat menggunkan uji t dependen. Hasil penelitian Rata-rata gejala Hot Flush sebelum minum susu kedelai sebesar 7,17 (kategori ringan). Rata-rata gejala Hot Flush sesudah minum susu kedelai sebesar 4,92. Ada Pengaruh Susu Kedelai Terhadap Penurunan Gejala Hot Flush Pada Wanita Pra Menopause p value 0,000 (p kurang dari 0,05). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disarankan petugas kesehatan dapat memberikan informasi tentang manfaat pengobatan non farmakologi seperti susu kedelai untuk mengurangi gejala Hot Flush pada ibu menopause.
ABSTRAKKehamilan merupakan proses yang normal, alamiah yang diawali dengan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan janin intrauteri, dimulai sejak konsepsi sampai bersalin dan lamanya kehamilan normal adalah 280 hari (40 minggu atau 9 bulan 7 hari) di hitung dari hari pertama haid terakhir.Pada masa Kehamilan ibu hamil agar dapat mempersiapkan diri pada kesehatan ibu hamil dengan menjaga nutrisi selama proses kehamilannya. Ibu hamil wajib memeriksakan kehamilannya agara ibu hamil dapat mengetahui dan mencegah sedini mungkin kelainan yang dapat terjadi, meningkatkan kondisi badan ibu dalam menghadapi kehamilan serta mendapatkan penyuluhan yang diperlukan selama kehamilan. Melalui kegiatan ini diharapkan masyarakat khususnya ibu hamil mampu menjaga kesehatannya selama kehamilan di masa pandemi. Kegiatan-kegiatan ini mencakup teori dan praktek yang meliputi : (1) Pendidikan Kesehatan yang dilakukan secara online; (2) Praktik Senam Ibu Hamil yang dilakukan Melalui Vidio; dengan melibatkan mahasiswa Universitas Aisyah Pringsewu pada saat pelaksanaan. Melalui kegiatan ini, diharapkan masyarakat khususnya ibu hamil dapat menyadari pentingnya kesehatan bagi ibu hamil walaupun dimasa pandemi ini. Jumlah penduduk dunia terus tumbuh dan telah mencapai 7,2 milyar pada tahun 2013, demikian juga di Indonesia. MKJP Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Hubungan Sikap dan Dukungan Suami Dengan Pemakaianan MKJP Aseptor KB Baru di Puskesmas Tanjung Agung Baturaja Tahun 2020. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif rancangan penelitian analitik dengan pendekatan crossectional. Populasi yaitu seluruh akseptor KB baru di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Tanjung Agung Baturaja yaitu dari data bulan Januari-Desember tahun 2019 sebanyak 510. Pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan cluster sampling. Analisis data yang menggunakan uji chi square. Hasil analisis dan pengolahan data didapatkan ada hubungan sikap dengan pemakaian MKJP Aseptor KB Baru diperoleh p-value 0,003 (kurang dari 0.05) dan tidak ada hubungan dukungan suami dengan pemakaian MKJP Aseptor KB Baru diperoleh p-value 0,964 (lebih dari 0.05). Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menambah pengetahuan dan pemahaman ibu usia reproduksi tentang metode kontrasepsi khususnya pada kontrasepsi jangka panjang sehingga lebih memantapkan mereka dalam memilih MKJP.Abstract: The world population continues to grow and has reached 7.2 billion in 2013, as well as in Indonesia.LTCM The research objective was to determine the Relationship Between Husband's Attitude and Support of Using LTCM on Primary Birth Control Acceptor at Community Health Center Tanjung Agung Baturaja in 2020. The type is a quantitative analytical research design with a cross-sectional approach. The population was all primary birth control acceptors in the working area of Community Health Center TanjungAgungBaturaja, from January up to December 2019 as much as 510. In taking the sample is using cluster sampling. The data analysis uses the chi-square test. The results of analysis and processing data show that there is a relationship between attitude and the use of LTCM on Primary Birth Control Acceptorwith p-value 0.003 (less than 0.05) and there is no relationship between husband's support and the use of LTCM on Primary Birth Control Acceptorwith p-value 0.964 (more than 0.05). It is expected that the results of this research increase the knowledge and understanding of reproductive-age mothers about contraceptive methods, especially in long-term contraception so that they are more stable in choosing the LTCM.
Background: The high rate of MMR and AKN in Bangkunat District is one of the causes of deliveries not in health facilities. The low coverage of deliveries in health facilities is 64.66% of the 100% target in 2020, one of which is caused by the lack of knowledge of pregnant women about the importance of giving birth in health facilities. This study aimed to determine the effect of health education on safe delivery on motivation to give birth in health facilities in the Public Health Center working area. Bengkunat Belimbing Health Center in 2021. Method: The design in this study was pre-experimental (the one group pretest-posttest without control group design). The population in this study were all pregnant women in the third trimester in Pekon Pendingan, Pekon Jawa City, Pekon Pemerihan, Pekon Sumberejo, and Pekon Sukanegeri, totaling 31 pregnant women in the third trimester. The sample was taken from as many as 31 third-trimester pregnant women given counseling about safe delivery. Bivariate analysis in this study used a Parametric, namely the Paired Sample T-Test. Result: Test Parametric (Paired Sample T-Test) obtained a p-value of 0.000 (<0.01), which means that there is an effect of health education on safe delivery on motivation to give birth in health facilities in the Public Health Center work area. Bengkunat Belimbing Public Health Center in 2021. Conclusion: Based on the results of the study, the researchers suggest that it is necessary to strengthen the implementation of health education regarding safe delivery to pregnant women both in quantity and quality, which is carried out in Posyandu, maternal classes, or in health facilities by ensuring that all pregnant women have been given education health, monitoring the implementation of health education activities as well as the implementation of technical guidance activities on an ongoing basis.
