The problem of the effectiveness of monitoring and routing of patients with diseases of the oral mucosa is relevant.Aim. To supplement and systematize the route scheme for patients with diseases of the oral mucosa using telemedicine technologies, depending on the level of the medical organization.Materials and methods. Supplementation and systematization, as well as a clinical study of an optimized three-stage routing scheme, were carried out. The study involved 32 patients who applied to dental medical organizations of the 1st level, 36 patients observed in the 2nd level of the MD, 46 patients from the 3rd level of the MD.Results and discussion. when monitoring the course of inflammatory and destructive diseases of the oral mucosa in patients observed at the place of residence, a positive trend was revealed, however, 38 patients, due to treatment failure, according to the routing scheme, were referred to dental clinics. level 3 organizations, where the clinical stabilization of the process was achieved with the use of digital methods of monitoring and treatment. Conclusions: a comparative clinical study identified the need for a routing scheme to improve the quality of dental care at the level of dental health of patients with diseases of the oral mucosa.
Objectives: to conduct a comparative assessment of the functional condition of microcirculation of the digestive anastomosis zone in the early and delayed postoperative period upon local usage of autogenic growth factors (PRP). The experiment was performed on 30 mature laboratory rabbits. All animals underwent the imposition of two digestive "end-to-end" intestinal anastomosis: the control one at a distance of 15 cm from the ileocecal angle and the experimental one retreating 30 cm from the imposed anastomosis. The experimental anastomosis differed from the control one by using a method of local stimulation of its regeneration via injecting of platelet-riched-plasm (PRP). A comparative assessment of the functional state of the microcirculation of the intestinal anastomosis zone was carried out on the 3rd, 7th, 14th days in the postoperative period using the method of laser doppler flowmetry (LDF). The obtained data determined the ability of the PRP method to improve the conditions of the regenerative process in the intestinal anastomosis zone by increasing the rate of basal blood flow and tissue perfusion, the rates of which have maximum values in the early postoperative period (3 day).
Infantile hemangioma is one of the common benign vascular tumors found in infants. This tumor can undergo reverse development after the initial proliferation, so many doctors consider pharmacotherapy in this case impractical. It should be noted that some hemangiomas are accompanied by functional disorders, scars and painful on palpation. Therefore, it is important for the Clinician to understand the etiopathogenetic factors contributing to the development of tumors, morphological features, stages of development of this pathology when choosing methods and means of pharmacotherapy. This paper describes a clinical case of infantile hemangioma in a three-month-old child in the suborbital and posterior regions. Despite its benign nature, hemangiomas had features of a clinically malignant course. Despite the possibility of self-healing and stopping the growth of hemangioma with subsequent involution, its further course still remains unpredictable, which justifies the need for dispensary observation of the patient.
S h o r t c o m m u n i c a t i o n SПроведено комплексное обследование и лечение 90 пациентов с хроническим генерализованным паро-донтитом средней степени тяжести, рандомизированных на 2 группы: I группа -стандартный метод лечения; II группа пациентов -с включением в схему лечения инъекций тромбоцитарной аутоплазмы. Complex examination and treatment of 90 patients with chronic generalized moderate periodontitis were performed. Patients were randomized into two equal groups: group I -the standard treatment; group II -combination of standard treatment and the injections of platelet autoplasma. The efficacy of platelet-derived autoplasma in the complex treatment of periodontitis has been demonstrated in the early and long-term periods.
