Mengelola sumber daya manusia di dalam perusahaan berarti mengelola pegawai agar dapat menghasilkan kinerja yang optimal untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi. Kinerja adalah hasil kerja secara kualitas dan kuantitas yang dicapai oleh seorang pegawai dalam melaksanakan tugasnya sesuai dengan tanggung jawab yang diberikan kepadanya. Tujuan dari kajian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh motivasi, gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening terhadap karyawan PT. Champion Kurnia Djaja Technologies. Analisis jalur (path analysis) digunakan untuk menguji model yang dihipotesiskan secara statistik dengan bantuan SPSS-19, serta untuk menentukan sejauh mana model yang diajukan tersebut konsisten dengan data sampel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi, gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan budaya organisasi masing-masing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Motivasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kepemimpinan transformasional, budaya organisasi dan kepuasan kerja masing-masing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Champion Kurnia Djaja Technologies. Kepuasan kerja mampu bertindak sebagai variabel intervening untuk memediasi hubungan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sementara, untuk hubungan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, pengaruh kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening tidak sebesar pengaruh langsungnya.
This article is a literature review that discusses the effect of diversity on the occurrence of team conflict and how emotion al intelligence role as a moderating variable to improve team performance. Diversity may trigger relationship conflicts within the team that affect their performance. However, not all diversity has a negative impact if the organization concerned can create a cohesiv e team. Team members with higher levels of expertise on the team should be given more influence over team processes and outcomes. Organizational support and openness have different effects on the relationship of diversity to the occurrence of conflict within the organiz ation. The emotional intelligence of team members was found to play an important role in reducing the negative effects that might be trigg ered by diversity. Emotionally intelligent team members are generally more capable of dealing with differences. Thus, they are more aware of the creative potential of their different thoughts, values, and beliefs. In conclusion, one of the efforts to improve team performance is to reduce or prevent conflicts within the team through emotional intelligence.
The Riau Malay Songket Woven Cloth Enterprise - Wan Fitri is a market leader in the production process of Malay Songket woven cloth in Pekanbaru City, Riau Province - Indonesia which has been established since 1969. It has the potential to be marketed to various countries in Southeast Asia, especially to the Malaysian market considering the origins of the Riau Malay Songket were also derivative from Trengganu - Malaysia. The purpose of this research is to identify the strategic business factors to realize the process of product internationalization to the Malaysian market. This study uses a qualitative research method with a case study approach and SWOT analysis. The data collection of this research was carried out through interviews, observation, documentation, and a triangulation process. The results of this study showed that the Riau Malay Songket Woven Cloth Enterprise - Wan Fitri is in a Growth Position (cautious) and has the potential to penetrate the international market with medium and long-term strategies plans with the exporting target to the Malaysian market because it has a same cultural tendency, especially in using Malay Songket woven cloth.
