The students are expected to be an all-rounder in every walks of their life. Thus, the role of a successful teac her in teac hing the students accordingly should be multi-fac eted. In order to fulfil the need of the today's learners the teacher must be a self-creator of the curriculum based on the situation presented at the classroom.
