Background and Aim Thalassemia is now one of the most common genetic diseases with non-epidemic prevalence as the number of infected patients increases, complications of the disease increase and the number of deaths increases. Thalassemia is a growing disease among children, especially in early childhood. Materials and Methods: The binary scale (yes-no) is used only .Represented by previous literature on the subject of the study. Use the repetitive method as well as percentages to facilitate study and extract results more clearly and easily.Through a comprehensive study to determine the quality of life of children with thalassemia. The study sample was composed of (30) children with Thalassemia during a period of time( 1/11) to (30 /11) 2019. The data collected and used in the identification of tools consisted of (22) paragraphs. Results : The problems of the emergence of symptoms and their development quickly on the infected children ranked first in patients infected (90%) as followed by the problems of marriage of relatives and the spread of genetic diseases among them and by (96.67%).
