Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisa pengaruh kontrol diri dan efikasi terhadap prokrastinasi akademik mahasiswa dalam belajar online. Partisipan penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa aktif Universitas Muhammadiyah Magelang yang mengikuti pembelajaran secara online selama pandemi COVID-19. Sampel dipilih menggunakan teknik simple random sampling (N = 364 orang). Data dianalisis dengan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh kontrol diri dan efikasi diri terhadap prokrastinasi akademik mahasiswa dalam belajar online (R = 0,761, R2 = 0,579, F (2, 361) = 247,8, p<0,01). Peningkatan kontrol diri dan efikasi diri berkontribusi pada penurunan prokrastinasi akademik dalam belajar online sebesar 57,9%. Semakin tinggi kontrol diri dan efikasi diri mahasiswa, maka semakin berkurang prokrastinasi akademiknya. Model regresi pengaruh kedua variabel bebas pada variabel tergantung adalah Prokrastinasi Akademik = 109,804 – 0,351*(Kontrol Diri) – 0,333*(Efikasi Diri). Disimpulkan bahwa prokrastinasi akademik mahasiswa dalam belajar online dapat diatasi dengan meningkatkan kemampuan kontrol diri dan efikasi diri mahasiswa.
There is a critical need to improve community health monitoring. A major mechanism is the development of the Integrated Healthcare Center for the Elderly. This government facility provides medical services for the elderly through the public health center program for the elderly, families, community leaders and social organizations. The cadres were formed to improve services and observe the health of aged persons in Jetis Hamlet, Kalinegoro, Mertoyudan. Consequently, the implementation was conducted by the process of recruitment, training and mentoring and the result was successful, the evaluation and monitoring activities were performed a month after the training and the Integrated Healthcare Center for the Elderly were effectively attained at a monthly basics. Finally, the medical status of the elderly and the cadres' knowledge have significantly increased, meanwhile the occurrence of illness and has been minimized.
