We hypothesized that the adipose‐derived mesenchymal stem cells (ADMSCs), which secrete high amounts of soluble molecules, such as soluble tumor necrosis factor receptor 1 (sTNFR1), may ameliorate sepsis‐induced acute lung injury (ALI). A total of 120 male adult Sprague–Dawley rats were separated into four groups: the sham control (SC), sepsis induced by cecal ligation and puncture (CLP), CLP–ADMSCs, and CLP–sTNFR1 small interfering RNA (siRNA) groups; CLP groups underwent CLP and then received 1 × 106 ADMSCs with or without knockdown of sTNFR1 intravenously at 1 hr after surgery. Rats were killed at 3, 6, 24, and 48 hr after the SC or CLP procedures. 5‐Ethynyl‐2′‐deoxyuridine‐labeled ADMSCs extensively colonized the lungs at 6, 24, and 72 hr after injection. The lung wet/dry (W/D) weight ratios in the CLP group were higher than those in SC group; however, ADMSCs ameliorated the W/D weight ratios following CLP, and this effect was abolished by sTNFR1 siRNA treatment. The levels of serum sTNFR1 and interleukin‐10 (IL‐10) were higher in the CLP–ADMSCs group and lower in the SC group than in other groups; interestingly, these levels were higher in CLP and CLP–sTNFR1 siRNA groups than in SC group. Tumor necrosis factor‐α and IL‐6 levels increased significantly after CLP, and ADMSCs could alleviate these changes, but the effect was weakened by sTNFR1 siRNA treatment. The lung cell apoptosis and edema levels were consistent with IL‐6 levels among all groups. Therapeutically administered ADMSCs secrete sTNFR1, which most likely protects against ALI in septic rats by ameliorating inflammation and lung edema.
Three-dimensional Geologic body modeling is one of the core problems in geological information system. The current situation of three -dimensional geographic information system (GIS) and method of space modeling were analyzed in geological field, a kind of three-dimensional geological space modeling method-Similar Tri-Prism(STP) was put forwards, STP Combined with the characteristics of Geological body engineering. This method took Similar Tri-Prism body as the basic volume element of three-dimensional geological modeling, and described the data structure of Similar Tri-Prism body by using five basic elements and six groups of topological relationships. It can effectively express all kinds of three -dimensional geological phenomenon, can better combined with traditional multi-layer triangular irregular network (TIN) model, as well as maintain the topological relationship of space entity. An initial prototype has been developed basing on the modeling method in this paper and proved by real drilling data,which is suitable for three -dimensional GIS in geological field.
This paper introduced points and directed line segment relation judgment method, the characteristics of generation and Graham method using the original convex hull generation algorithm of convex hull discrete points of the convex hull, an improved algorithm for planar discrete point set is proposed. The main idea is to use quadrilateral to divide planar discrete point set into five blocks, and then by judgment in addition to the four district quadrilateral internally within the point is in a convex edge. The result shows that the method is relatively simple program, high computational efficiency.
It is so valuable that models merging of Delaunay triangulation are used widely in many applications. This paper researches the algorithm of models merging for Delaunay triangulation. A method for obtaining merged intersection lines and a algorithm for searching fast triangles in the extent of merging intersection lines are proposed, and whole process of models merging are expatiated detailedly. The algorithm is tested in experiments, and the result of experiment shows that this algorithm is very efficient.
To meet large-scale and time-sensitive needs of navigation Satellite enhance information distribution network in Global Position System(GPS)/Beidou and other systems [1], use small-world network model of complex network to study the topology. Small-world model has a large clustering coefficient and smaller average shortest path length so it can meet performance requirements better. Use Python language to product WS model, and simulate the important parameter-the average shortest path length. Use Dijkstra parallel algorithm and sparse matrix storage method to simulate under the use of X10 parallel language. Analyze the relationship between average shortest path length and random reconnection probability. Additionally, simulate in parallel MPI library and compare the two.
