In this paper a low power CMOS four quadrant analog multiplier is presented. The proposed topology is in a way that the output is taken as fully differential signals for achieving more output range. The proposed topology is simulated using HSPICE simulator in 0.18 m standard CMOS Technology with 0.15V supply voltage. The simulation results show that the total power consumption is 444.5pW.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
