The importance of research related to organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) regarding organizational change is increasingly evident. We focused on the significance of leaders' ethical cues and organizational climate that may help employees best cope with organizational change by stimulating their change-oriented OCB. Therefore, we explored the cross-level effect of ethical leadership on employee change-oriented OCB via the mediator of affective commitment to change and the moderator of ethical climate, using social exchange theory and cue consistency theory. Results show that ethical leadership was positively related to change-oriented OCB through affective commitment to change, and that this indirect relationship was amplified by ethical climate. Thus, ethical leadership and ethical climate worked together to motivate employees toward affective commitment and provide support for change. Theoretical and practical implications are discussed.

The CO2 emissions from marine fisheries have a significant impact on marine ecology, despite generally being overlooked in studies on global climate change. Few studies have estimated the carbon emissions from marine fisheries while taking into account all pertinent sectors. This study evaluated marine fisheries’ CO2 emissions based on three sectors: marine fishing, mariculture, and the marine aquatic product processing industry. Kernel density estimation and the spatial Durbin model were used to investigate the spatial and temporal characteristics and the key socioeconomic drivers of the CO2 emissions from marine fisheries in 11 coastal provinces of China from 2005 to 2020. The results are as follows: (1) marine fishing is the sector that produces the most CO2 emissions; trawling operations generate more CO2 than all other modes of operation combined; (2) China’s marine fisheries’ CO2 emissions show a rising, then declining, trend, with significant differences in coastal provinces; (3) the development of the marine fishery economy and trade have a positive driving effect on CO2 emissions, the expansion of the tertiary industry does not decrease CO2, the technical advancement and income growth of fishermen are negatively related to carbon emissions, and the effect of environmental regulation has failed to pass the significance test; (4) the carbon emissions of marine fisheries have significant spatial spillover effects.

As a mixed-methods research in economics and psychology, this study aimed to analyze the influence from the intergenerational succession on the financialization level including asset financialization and revenue financialization, and further test the moderating effect of the heirs’ typical growing experience according to The Imprinting Theory, based on the 2009–2020 annual data of listed family enterprises of China. There were two key findings. First, the effect of Chinese family enterprises’ intergenerational succession on asset financialization was positively significant while the effect on revenue financialization was not significant, indicating that the financialization behavior has not brought about effective financial profits. Second, among the heirs’ typical growing experiences, their parents’ entrepreneurial experience during their childhood, oversea study experience, and MBA education experience had the significantly positive moderating effects on the influence from intergeneration succession to asset financialization level of Chinese family enterprises, which was an important internal mechanism for the heirs to promote the financialization process of family enterprises.
