This community service activity aims to improve the quality of education through tutoring activities and activate the activities of students who are domiciled in IR Limas Jaya, RT. 29, RW.10 Kelurahan 20 Ilir D IV, Ilir Timur District 1 Palembang City. along with undergraduate graduates who have a lot of free time in the afternoon. Tutoring activities are carried out in the courtyard of the Al-Munawarroh Mosque. This activity lasted for 16 meetings with material for the SD/MI level and the material provided was adjusted to the student's needs (conditionally). The time for tutoring activities is Monday – Thursday from 15.00 WIB to 17.00 WIB. The teachers (tutors) guide students in doing school assignments (PR) and teach students about materials that have not been understood during learning at school. The material taught focuses on English and mathematics lessons. The lecturers in this activity are lecturers from the Darussalam Polytechnic who are assisted by 4th semester students of the Darussalam Polytechnic. The learning method used is the lecture and discussion method. BIMBEL activities are held 2 times a week for a maximum of 3 hours discussing enrichment material related to the material being taught by teachers at school.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT. Indotex Jaya Sentosa Prabumulih. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 karyawan sedangkan sampelnya berjumlah 60 responden dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin. Data yang dikumpulkan dengan metode kuisioner, yang selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda menggunakan SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan terdapat pengaruh positif tapi tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan variabel Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Secara simultan, variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Indotex Jaya Sentosa Prabumulih. Hasil analisis koefisien determinasi diperoleh 0,467 atau 46,7% yang artinya kontribusi variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 53,3%. Sedangkan sisanya 53,3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar persamaan regresi ini atau variabel lain yang tidak diteliti.
Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan pelatihan kewirausahaan sebagai peluang usaha bagi pegawai Bengkel AC Palembang. Metode pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini menggunakan metode diskusi dan metode simulasi. Dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini sasaran utamanya adalah Generasi Muda atau generasi milenial yang berdomisili di Kecamatan Sukarami Kota Palembang. Jumlah peserta dalam kegiatan ini adalah 10 orang peserta yang bekerja di perusahaan tersebut. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan melalui Pertemuan secara ofline. Dalam kegiatan ini dibahas tentang jenis-jenis wirausaha dan bisnis yang dapat dilakukan karyawan di masa mendatang, misalnya toko online reseller / dropshipper, bisnis kuliner, bimbingan belajar online serta kebutuhan dasar bisnis. Kunci utama menjalankan bisnis di masa pandemi adalah mau mencoba peluang bisnis, tetap tenang, terus mencoba, berinovasi, ide kreatif, selalu mencoba, pantang menyerah dan lawan rasa takut. Kegiatan ini sekaligus untuk menumbuhkan jiwa wirausaha, mencari peluang dan ide bisnis bagi generasi milenial dan masyarakat khususnya di masa pandemi, serta mengetahui tantangan dan hambatan dalam berwirausaha dan berbisnis.
This study is entitled "The Effect of Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction at Seoul Korean Restaurant in Palembang". This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at the Seoul Korean Restaurant in Palembang. The problem of this research is whether service quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction at the Seoul Korean Restaurant in Palembang. The type of research used is descriptive of the survey method. The research sample was 60 customers, and the data collected were primary and secondary. The analysis model uses simple linear regression, correlation, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing using a student t-test. The results showed a positive and significant effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at the Seoul Korean Restaurant in Palembang. This shows that quality service plays an important role in shaping customer satisfaction, but it is also closely related to creating profits for the company. The higher the quality of service provided by the company, the higher the satisfaction felt by the customer.
