Technology moves from the sex toy to the sex robot, a sex doll with artificial intelligence (AI) implemented. It is not a surprise idea to move robot as a servant to a sexual partner. As AI becomes more advanced and interaction between human and robot becomes more personal, sex and marriage with robot could result in the future. The authors conducted survey to discuss current and future trend of sex robot, its advantages and disadvantages. This paper also presents falsification theorems and implications to business, human social, moral, and psychological life caused by sex robot. This paper closes the discussion with further works of important ethical issues to be considered with deontology or consequentialism, and suggests to concern of sex robot regulations rather than banning it.
This paper discusses citizens' rights to information as consumers of mass media and social media. They areconsumers of information, and that information is a determining factor in their political choices. Media owners and managers have the power to intervene in the flow of information, so that consumers' rights to correct information are at risk of being violated. Because the owners and managers of these media have the technology that determines, and because the number of those who have this kind of power is not large, then this hegemony actually manifests in the ruling class in a country, even in the world we live in now. Antonio Gramsci, in his theory of hegemony, has explained this. Of course, the danger will be more vulnerable to emerging democratic countries, such as Indonesia. Therefore, the question of what the future holds for consumers' rights to information in the midst of this media hegemony is important to answer. In this article, the authors conclude that the future of consumer rights to information can be saved by strengthening the role of the middle class. The hope of saving consumers' right to information is to give the middle class an opportunity to continuously voice their interests. The government can still control it, but it must be on a measurable legal basis. On the other hand, the massive number of social media users in Indonesia is its own strength to deal with oligarchs and media hegemony, both at the domestic and global levels.

Article 101 of Indonesian Law Number 31 Year 2004 concerning Fisheries states that if there is a crime as mentioned in some previous articles conducted by a certain corporation then prosecution and criminal sanction will be imposed on its directors and the fine amount for the corporation will be added by 1/3 (one third) higher than the sanctions. Given the limitations of the grammatical interpretation of Article 101, some fundamental questions arise: is it true that the Fisheries Act in Indonesia can not determine corporations as defendants of a fishery crime? Is it true that accusing the corporate director is identical to imposing a criminal act for the corporation itself? By using extensive interpretation, the author of this paper believes that corporations should be the legal entities within this norm. Criminal penalties should be charged to the corporate director who was in office at the time of the execution of the verdict. Meanwhile, against the director of the corporation who was in office when the crime occured, he ought be subject to imprisonment in accordance with the maximum limit stipulated by law. In this context, the perpetrators of these crimes are individually liable and not charged to the next board of directors. Such an extensive interpretation is an innovation in legal reasoning and would be beneficial for law enforcement in Indonesia in the way to protect its interests as the largest archipelagic country in the Asia-Pacific region in addressing fisheries issues such as illegal fishing.
