The precise control for the product strip temperature is one of the effective approaches to promote the quality in the finish rolling production. The paper presents the basic features of the control strategies, temperature feedforward control and temperature feedback control for the strip temperature control system of Baosteel 2050mm finish rolling in details. Considering the strip thickness, a differential heat transfer model is proposed to calculate the heat conduction of the strip thickness direction of each node and attain multi-stand and finishing rolling exit temperature. In addition, the proposed method combined with the model prediction and feedback control, the feedforward control to adjust the rolling speed to ensure the strip head temperature hit rate dynamically adjusted using feedback control regulating water temperature of the strip full-length. The application results show that the temperature difference model prediction and feedback control accuracy is significantly improved than the original 2050mm temperature system.
To solve the problem of space flexible manipulator to track the desired trajectory, the robust control is proposed using a NN function to approach the comprehensive modeling errors. The adaptive feedback control for vibration suppression is designed of the system with unknown parameters. The adaptive laws are obtained by Lyapunov method without any prior knowledge about the bounds of unknown parameters. Finally, the numerical simulation is carried out, which proves the controller proposed is feasible and effective.
By researching the characteristics of hydraulic torque forklifts, developed a device which achieved inching function. It can detect position of the handle, using Delta PLC controlled stepper motor driven screw movement, to achieve the control of the engine speed, and modify the control parameters via touch-screen on-site commissioning, to achieve a truck at idle operation, through the manipulation of the handle can Smooth and stable pan, lift or tilt operation, making operation more convenient forklift and reduces the operator's labor intensity, a high value market applications.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
