Dear Editor, As of July, 2020, the ongoing pandemic of coronavirus diseases 2019 (COVID-19) caused by the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2, previously 2019-nCoV) has caused more than 10.3 million human infections, with more than 506,000 deaths worldwide according to the World Health Organization.
