The effect of fluorides (MgF 2 + LiF [MLF] and CaF 2 + LiF [CLF]) on microstructure and electrical properties of 0.68Pb(Mg 1/3 Nb 2/3 )O 3 -0.32PbTiO 3 (PMNT) ceramic was investigated. The results showed that the MLF sample exhibits a typical liquid phase sintering character, and the fluorides added PMNT ceramics exhibits a typical relaxation character, which may be ascribed to the difference of ionic radius and fluorides addition. The values of d 33 and K p for sample MLF arrive to 583 pC/N and 55%, respectively, which are far lager than those of pure PMNT sample (326 pC/N and 46%) and CLF sample (54 pC/N).
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
