INFORMACIÓN DEL ARTÍCULO ResumenEste artículo tiene por objeto describir el rol profesional del Psicólogo Organizacional en la gestión del Talento Humano. La información se obtuvo mediante un proceso de revisión bibliográfica que hace referencia al surgimiento de la Psicología, y posteriormente al desarrollo de la Psicología Organizacional, especialmente en la gestión del Talento Humano. El desarrollo del artículo se alinea a un enfoque sistémico del área de Talento Humano y de los subsistemas que habitualmente lo caracterizan. Adicionalmente, se muestra como conclusión una postura argumentativa de la función que realiza el Psicólogo Organizacional en varios subsistemas de Talento Humano, alineado a la estrategia organizacional, logrando la misión y el alcance de la visión. AbstractThe purpose of this article is to describe the professional role of the Organizational Psychologist in the management of Human Talent. The information was obtained through a bibliographic review process that refers to the emergence of Psychology, and later to the development of Organizational Psychology, especially in the management of Human Talent. The development of the article is aligned to a systemic approach of the Human Talent area and the subsystems that usually characterize it. Additionally, an argumentative view of the function performed by the Organizational Psychologist in several Human Talent subsystems, aligned with the organizational strategy, achieving the mission and scope of the vision, is shown as a conclusion.
