Abstract– Nugget ikan lele sayur merupakan salah satu inovasi olahan berbahan dasar ikan yang sangat menyehatkan, dikarenakan terbuat dari bahan-bahan yang segar, bergizi, dan tanpa diberikan MSG. Makanan ini sangat cocok dan disukai oleh anak-anak. Olahan ikan tersebut di buat oleh kelompok wanita tani Barokah dan pasokan ikan lele di pasok oleh kelompok wanita tani At’Taqwa.Berdasarkan hasil diskusi baik dengan mitra bahwa permasalahan prioritas yang akan diselesaikan adalah: PERTAMA, masalah mahalnya harga pakan ikan, mahalnya harga mesin pelet di pasaran dan belum mengetahui cara pembuatan pakan ikan. Solusi yang ditawarkan untuk kedua mitra adalah transfer ipteks, bantuan mesin pelet dan pelatihan pengoperasionalan mesin pelet beserta pelatihan pembuatan pakan ikan. Sedangkan KEDUA, bagaimana meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat kelurahan banjar serasan dengan memanfaatkan hasil budidaya lele yang dikelola dengan mengembangkan atau mengolah menjadi Nugget yang memiliki nilai ekonomis dan dapat dikonsumsi oleh masyarakat sehingga roda perekonomian dapat berputar, gizi anak-anak masyarakat sekitar dapat terpenuhi dan menghindarkan anak-anak dari makanan/jajanan yang tidak sehat. Bantuan yang diberikan mesin pengaduk/penghancur ikan dan vacuum sealer. Mesin pelet ikan lele, mesin pengaduk /penghancur ikan lele, serta mesin vacuum sealer dapat dimanfaat Mitra 1 dan 2 untuk proses produksi pelet dan nugget secara higienis sehingga permasalahan yang selama ini dihadapi para mitra dapat diurai dan diselesaikan dengan baik. Peningkatan keuntungan yang dirasakan mitra setelah adanya kegiatan lebih dari 50%, dan keseluruhan kegiatan telah dilaksanakan dengan baik dan memperoleh sambutan yang sangat baik. The corn shelling process in Desa Sahan, Kabupaten Bengkayang, is still done by hand. This condition can cause musculoskeletal complaints such as back pain, neck pain and other fatigue in the body. Based on the observation, it is necessary to analyze and redesign the corn sheller to reduce the fatigue felt by farmers. This study aims to identify musculoskeletal complaints on working posture when corn shelling and evaluate when using the designed corn sheller. This study combines using of RULA analysis with Nordic Body Map and anthropometric data in designing corn sheller. NBM was used to identify fatigue points in workers. Anthropometry was used to determine the dimensions of the corn sheller. RULA in the Computer Aided Three Dimensional Interactive Application (CATIA) software application was used to simulate the corn sheller with a mannequin simulation. The result showed there was a reduction in the NBM score in the condition of the existing equipment compared to the corn sheller at nine body points. Based on the anthropometric analysis, the body dimension data used in the design of the corn sheller are the reach of the hands forward, the width of the hips and the height of the knees sitting. The results of the RULA analysis concluded that there was a decrease in the RULA score from 7 in the existing condition, which means it is dangerous and must get immediate action to a score of 3, which means it is not dangerous and needs further review. This condition indicates that the redesigned corn sheller for Desa Sahan, Kabupaten Bengkayang, has reduced the risk of musculoskeletal complaints. Proses Pemipilan jagung di Desa Sahan, Kabupaten Bengkayang, masih dilakukan secara manual menggunakan tangan. Hal ini dapat menyebabkan keluhan muskuloskeletal seperti nyeri pada punggung, nyeri leher dan kelelahan lain pada tubuh. Berdasarkan temuan observasi, maka diperlukan analisis dan usulan alat yang dapat membantu dalam mengurangi kelelahan yang dirasakan petani saat memipil jagung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi keluhan muskuloskeletal terhadap postur kerja saat melakukan Pemipilan jagung dan mengevaluasi postur kerja saat menggunakan alat pemipil jagung hasil rancangan. Penelitian ini mengombinasi penggunaan metode Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA) bersama Nordic Body Map (NBM) dan data antropometri dalam perancangan alat pemipil jagung. Nordic Body Map digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi titik-titik kelelahan pada pekerja. Antropometri digunakan untuk penentuan ukuran dimensi tubuh pekerja yang digunakan sebagai masukan dimensi ukuran alat pemipil jagung. Sedangkan RULA dalam aplikasi software Computer Aided Three Dimensional Interactive Application (CATIA) digunakan untuk simulasi alat pemipil jagung dengan mannequin. Hasil penelitian didapat bahwa terjadi pengurangan skor NBM pada kondisi alat existing dibandingkan dengan alat pemipil jagung pada beberapa titik tubuh. Berdasarkan analisis antropometri, data dimensi tubuh yang digunakan dalam perancangan alat adalah jangkauan tangan ke depan, lebar pinggul dan tinggi lutut duduk. Hasil analisis RULA menyimpulkan bahwa terjadi penurunan skor RULA dari 7 pada kondisi existing yang berarti berbahaya dan harus mendapat tindakan segera menjadi skor 3 yang berarti tidak berbahaya namun perlu peninjauan lanjut. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa alat pemipil jagung redesain untuk Desa Sahan, Kabupaten Bengkayang telah mengurangi risiko terjadinya keluhan muskuloskeletal.
Slouching and squatting work postures in the fish cleaning process can cause skeletal muscle injury. Based on the results of previous research conducted by Adelia (2020), the results of the existing NBM show that workers have complaints in the muscles of the neck, arms, back, waist, buttocks, hands, wrists, thighs, knees, and feet. The result of total muscle complaints individual skeletal is 75, meaning that the existing work posture requires work improvement. Improvement of working posture can be done by designing work aids in the form of desks and chairs. The determination of the MSDs risk level category was carried out by identifying the skeletal muscle complaints felt by workers using a Nordic body map (NBM) questionnaire, a working posture assessment was carried out to determine the score level in work posture using the Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA) method with the help of CATIA V5R20 software. Assistive devices in the form of desks and work chairs are designed based on complaints experienced by workers and use the anthropometric approach in determining the dimensions of work aids. Based on the results of the implementation of work aids, there was a change in the score for skeletal muscle complaints and work posture. The results showed that the average NBM value of individual muscle complaints was 56.75, this is included in the moderate risk level and the results of the RULA analysis on the repair work posture experienced a change in the final score, namely 4 (yellow).
The processing of dried betel nut by the people of West Kalimantan consists of 2 stages, namely drying and stripping the betel nut. The drying process usually carried out by farmers is drying directly in the sun, and the smoking process uses fire to heat. The method of drying the areca nuts takes about 14-15 days. This study will examine the problems faced by farmers in the process of drying areca nuts. Based on the issue of drying areca nuts, it is necessary to have an alternative method of drying that is more efficient. Areca nut drying machine is an alternative to obtain dried betel nut relatively quickly with well-maintained fruit quality. The design of the areca nut drying machine is made based on the identification of farmers' needs. Identifying farmers' needs or desires will be an attribute of product development, and technical parameters are determined to meet these product attributes. The method that will be used is the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method. The study results that priority attributes must be completed based on calculations in the planning matrix using QFD. The design of the areca nut has dimensions of 260 mm x 490 mm, with the specifications of the tool consisting of two main parts, namely an inner filter (a place for betel nuts) and a betel nut dryer.
