Ketoprofen or [2-(3-benzoylphenyl)propionic acid] is a nonsteroidal antiinflammatory and analgesic agent. The positive qualities of ketoprofen are based on optimal physicochemical and structural characteristics, its ability to penetrate into and accumulate in the inflammation centers and compatibility with other classes of drugs. This compound is practically insoluble in water, therefore as most of NSAID drugs, it is categorized as Biopharmaceutics Classification System (BCS) class II. A widely used to enhance the solubility of poorly water soluble drugs is co-crystallization. A co-crystal is a multi-component crystal which involves non-covalent interactions between API and its co-formers. In this work, we developed virtual screening of co-formers for ketoprofen by employing molecular docking method. AutoDock was used for docking. Parameters observed were type and energy (Ei) of interaction. The work was continued by co-crystallization process and solubility assay of the mixtures according to Higuchi and Connor method using UV spectrophotometer. Based on molecular docking, the best co-former is saccharin (Ei = -3.14 kcal/mol). The docking result fits the solubility assay of the ketoprofen-saccharin co-crystal (300.62 μg/mL in water or 256.54% increasing of solubility compared to ketoprofen). Ketoprofen co-crystal shows better curve (90.15 % in 60 minutes) than ketoprofen (78.87 % in 60 minutes). Co-crystallization of ketoprofen with saccharin increases the dissolution profile of ketoprofen.
The purpose of this study is to measure the impact of organizational commitment organizational climate on employee turnover intentions of one state-owned bank in Jakarta. The method used in this study is to use a quantitative descriptive analysis involving employees at one of the state-owned banks using random sampling technique with proportional random sampling as many as 78 respondents. The data collection technique used is the questionnaire method which is supported by the documentation method with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. <p>This research was conducted to determine how much the influence Customer Value to the College Selection Decision of Student in Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta Kampus Blok M, to determine how much the influence Quality 0f Education Services to the College Selection Decision of Student in Politectic LP3I Jakarta Kampus Blok M, and determine how much the influence Customer Value and Quality of Education services simultaneously to the College Selection Decision of Student in Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta Kampus Blok M. This research was conducted on 75 students out of a population of 300 students using slovin method and quantitative research methods using regression analysis, to prove that the variable customer value has a positive and significant influence towards college selection decisions; and the variable quality of educational services has a positive and significant influence towards college selection decision. The research proved that the customer value has a positif influence 0,823 to the college selection decision,the quality of educational services has a positif influence 0,756 to the college selection decision,customer value and quality of education services simultaneosly has a significant influence 0,854. Research aims To determine the effectiveness of skin extract jengkol (Pithecellobium jiringa) effective as biofungisida against the disease-causing Fusarium wilt (Fusarium oxyospurum), Antraknosa (Colletotrichum capsici) and patches leaf (Cercospora capsici) on a red pepper plant (Capsicum annuum L.),This research was conducted at the Laboratory of Plant Protection, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Medan Area, Biopharmaceutical Laboratories Faculty of Pharmacy, University of North Sumatra, from March to May 2019. This research used non factorial completely randomized design with three replications. Factors treatment of skin extract concentration jengkol ie negative control (no treatment); positive control (synthetic fungicides 0.2%); and successive concentration is 10%; 20%; 30%; 40%; 50%; 60%; 70%; 80%; 90%; and 100%. The results showed that administrationjengkol skin extract effective for controlling fungal pathogens (Colletotrichum capsici, Fusarium oxysporum and Cercospora capsici) that cause disease in plants red chili.Jengkol bark extract at a concentration of 90% obtained the highest percentage inhibition Fusarum oxysporum as big as 78.43% Highly significant with bark extract treatment jengkol 10% and a negative control (no treatment), at a concentration of 20% jengkol skin extract obtained the highest percentage inhibition of Colletotrichum capsici 82.49% Highly significant with bark extract treatment jengkol 10%, negative control (no treatment) and at a concentration of 50% jengkol skin extract obtained the highest percentage inhibition Cercospora capsici as big as 83.43% Highly significant with bark extract treatment jengkol 10%, 20% jengkol bark extract, bark extract jengkol 30% and analytical results.
Dalam menghadapi lingkungan bisnis yang semakin kompleks seperti pengukuran kinerja pengukuran metode saat ini yang dapat menilai kinerja perusahaan secara akurat dan komprehensif. Dalam hal ini metode yang dapat digunakan adalah Balance Scorecard. Balance Scorecard adalah alat pengukuran kinerja yang menggabungkan ukuran kinerja keuangan dan non keuangan. Balance Scorecard mengukur kinerja dari empat perspektif, yaitu learningig dan perspektif pertumbuhan, perspektif proses bisnis internal, perspektif pelanggan, dan perspektif keuangan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan data tahun 2015-2016 di PT X untuk menganalisis perspektif keuangan, sedangkan untuk perspektif lain dianalisis melalui kuisioner perhitungan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan dan karyawan PT X sedangkan sampel yang diambil masing-masing adalah 100 responden untuk karyawan dan 100 responden kepada pelanggan. Kuesioner telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Indikator yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari ROI, margin laba, rasio operasi, kepuasan pelanggan, inovasi, dan kepuasan karyawan. Dari hasil analisis yang dilakukan, diketahui bahwa kinerja PT X secara keseluruhan cukup bagus. Dalam indikator perspektif keuangan, ROI, margin laba, dan rasio operasi telah menunjukkan kinerja yang cukup baik. Untuk perspektif pelanggan menunjukkan kinerja yang baik dengan adanya kepuasan pelanggan yang cukup memuaskan. Pada perspektif bisnis internal, perusahaan sudah bisa melakukan inovasi yang baik. Dan untuk perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan karyawan yang cukup memuaskan. Dari data penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan menggunakan Balance Scorecard untuk memberikan yang lebih terstruktur dan komprehensif.
