<p class="6AbstrakIsi">Badan Pusat Statistika merilis data pada tahun 2020 bahwa sebanyak 96.58% penduduk DKI Jakarta adalah pelaku <em>E-commerce</em>. Artinya sebanyak 3.42% bukan merupakan pelaku <em>E-Comerce</em> atau tidak menggunakan media <em>E-Commerce</em> apapun. Mitra kami yaitu ibu-ibu PKK di lingkungan Gang H Raisan ini adalah termasuk kedalam 3.42% ini. Mitra kami melakukan usaha jual beli dengan cara tatap muka langsung dimana ini menjadi masalah baru bagi mitra kami dengan adanya Covid-19 dimana dalam masa pandemi seperti sekarang ini kita dihimbau untuk mengurangi tatap muka atau bertemu langsung. Tujuan dilakukannya abdimas ini adalah agar mitra kami memiliki pengetahuan tentang tata cara bagaimana memigrasikan usaha mereka kedalam pemasaran yang berbasis digital. Metode yang dilakukan adalah dengan melaksanakan sosialiasi serta memberikan pelatihan terkait dengan penggunaan <em>marketplace</em> Tokopedia. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah bahwa mayoritas dari peserta kegiatan belum memaksimalkan fungsi E-commerce sebagai media pemasaran produk-produk mereka.</p>
Improving customer service really needs to be done by a company. one form of service improvement is to provide convenience to customers to submit financing applications that can be done anytime and anywhere. The problem faced by cooperatives is that in submitting financing activities it is still manual, namely customers have to come to the Al Salaam sharia cooperative, this is very inconvenient for customers who want to apply for financing. The purpose of this research is to develop a knowledge management system to improve customer service with the main focus being to provide loan application features. The method used in this study is the Tiwana framework. The results of the research is a prototype of knowledge management system that can be accessed anytime and anywhere by customers.

The results of this study produce an inventory of goods information system by providing convenience in managing inventory data</em><em>, making the</em><em> finding </em><em>of</em><em> goods </em><em>inventory </em><em>easier or faster because the system can </em><em>show</em><em> the goods data section</em><em>, </em><em>making </em><em>the inventory can be accurately and easily</em><em> control</em><em>led</em><em>.</em></p>
