The national exam (UN) is one of the determinants of student graduation, both elementary school, junior high school and even high school. There are many businesses that are carried out by schools to prepare their students to face national examinations. In fact almost all schools provide material deepening to their students for subjects tested at the national examination. Therefore, this study was conducted to determine the level of success of the school in preparing students in facing national examinations. The method used is a decision tree with C4.5 algorithm and naïve Bayes algorithm. From the results of the study, the results of the accuracy of the naïve bayes algorithm were as big as 95,50% , while accuracy using the c4.5 algorithm is equal to 78,50%. Then it can be concluded that the predictions generated from the naïve bayes algorithm are better compared to the c4.5 algorithm .

Halal certification is a form of moslem consumer protection to solve halal problems. Acceleration of the submission process depends on accuration and completeness of the proposed requirements document. This research objective was to accelerate the registration process of halal certification, especially on data entry phase of materials which applied into decision support system. Decision support system can be used to determining the supporting documents of materials types. Input to the decision support system were names of materials from the products to be certified. The decision support output came from integration of decision tree analysis with J48 model and critical points of materials which resulted 43 rules. The output from this system consisted of flow process diagram, technical specifications, COA (Certificate of Analysis) or material purchase documents, halal certificate, and blank document. The decision support system had been developed into webbased system using hypertext preprocessor (PHP) programming language and MySQL (My Structured Query Language) database management system.

Ethics in learning is an important thing that must exist. Where when we are studying a science then automatically we must be able to master it and understand the science. But it's not enough to just understand because one of the concepts of learning is to make a science a lesson so that we become better than before. The method that the author uses is the literature review method where the goal is to explore existing theories and encode them with other theories from other sources. The aim is to provide additional information to readers and to become material for review in the development of other sciences.
