This study aims to examine the effect of performance measurement systems and role clarity on the performance of employees, especially employees of banking in Lampung, Palembang, Jambi and Bengkulu. This study is expected to benefit over the role of performance measurement and clarity. Based on the results of the test by using partial least squares (PLS) SPK known that directly influence the performance of employees and indirectly through role clarity. In addition to seeing how the indirect effect of role clarity on the relationship between the SPK and the performance of employees, the authors conducted a track test. Based on the test track using Sobel's test found that SPK relations and employee performance is influenced by factors mediating role clarity.

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi peran program-program pengabdian masyarakat dalam mendorong pemberdayaan perempuan, menciptakan kesetaraan gender, dan memberikan peluang kewirausahaan di Provinsi Jawa Tengah, Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode campuran, yang menggabungkan teknik kualitatif dan kuantitatif untuk mengumpulkan data yang komprehensif. Tujuan penelitian ini termasuk menilai dampak program-program pengabdian masyarakat terhadap pemberdayaan perempuan, memeriksa kontribusi mereka terhadap kesetaraan gender, mengevaluasi peluang kewirausahaan yang disediakan oleh program-program ini, dan mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memfasilitasi dan menghambat efektivitas program-program tersebut. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program-program pengabdian masyarakat memiliki dampak positif terhadap pemberdayaan perempuan dengan meningkatkan kepercayaan diri, keterampilan, pengetahuan, dan otonomi dalam pengambilan keputusan. Program-program ini juga berkontribusi dalam menciptakan kesetaraan gender dengan menantang norma-norma gender tradisional dan menyediakan sumber daya dan peluang bagi perempuan. Selain itu, program-program pengabdian masyarakat menawarkan peluang kewirausahaan yang berharga, yang memungkinkan perempuan untuk terlibat dalam kegiatan-kegiatan yang menghasilkan pendapatan dan membangun bisnis mereka sendiri. Namun, penelitian ini juga menyoroti tantangan dan hambatan yang perlu diatasi, seperti sumber daya yang terbatas dan norma-norma budaya, untuk memaksimalkan efektivitas program-program ini.

This research was conducted to determine and prove the effect of Accountability and Transparency as independent variables to Budget Management as the dependent variable.The population in this research is the entire Public Health Center Budget Manager in Sukabumi District, Bandar Lampung, with a total of 48 employees. This research uses  saturated sampling. Based on the results of this study it is known that Accountability and Transparency has a significant effect on Budget Management simultaneously at Puskesmas in Sukabumi District, Bandar Lampung.

This research uses PT. Semen Indonesia Tbk. Which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in the period 2013-2020. The data used is quantitative data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website www.idx.co.id. The population in this study amounted to 32 and sampling technique is time series. The purpose of this research is to prove empirically the influence of operating cash flow statements, investments, funding and accounting profit on liquidity level. From the analysis results show that based on testing simultaneously by using the test F all variables research operating cash flows, investment cash flows, cash flow financing, and accounting profit. By looking at the value of the influence of Fcount 6.536 and Ftabel 2.95 where Fcount is greater than Ftable 6.536 2.95 and its influence level with Sig value 0.001 means less than 0.05. Based on partial test of t-test only operating cash flow which has no effect to see the value of influence where the value Tcount = 0.726 and Ttable = 1.699 which means Tcount is smaller than Ttable 0.726 1.699 and the level of influence with significance value 0.474 which means greater than Level of significance of 0.05.
