<p>Keseimbangan adalah kemampuan untuk mempertahankan proyeksi pusat tubuh pada landasan penunjang baik saat berdiri, duduk, transit dan berjalan. Menurut hasil survey awal jumlah lansia 31% sampai 48% lansia jatuh karena gangguan keseimbangan.</p><p>Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh pemberian senam yoga terhadap keseimbangan statis lansia di puskesmas Tigo Baleh Bukittinggi. Desain penelitian ini adalah <em>Quasi</em> <em>eksperiment desaign one grup PreTest-PostTest. </em>Menggunakan <em>Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test, </em>teknik pengambilan sampel <em>purposive sampling</em> dengan sampel 30 responden dengan alat ukur <em>tinetti</em> sebelum dan sesudah 6 kali perlakuan pada tanggal 25 Mei sampai 22 Juni 2019.<em> </em><em></em></p><p>Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan rata-rata sebelum di berikan <em>Senam Yoga</em> 18.50 dan sesudah di berikan Senam Yoga 25.33 dan P-value 0,0005 < (0,05 = Alpha). dengan itu ditarik kesimpulan ada pengaruh pemberian senam yoga terhadap keseimbangan statis pada lansia.</p><p>Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemberian Senam Yoga dapat meningkatkan keseimbangan statis pada lansia. Dan disarankan kepada lansia untuk menerapkan latihan senam yoga untuk mempertahankan keseimbangan.</p>
Tujuan Penelitian: Berdasarkan hasil observasi di SDN 122/IX Petaling, dilihat dari segi ruangan perpustakaan yang besar dan didukung dengan sarana dan prasarana yang cukup memadai, perpustakaan sudah terlihat bagus, namun disini dari siswa yang berjumlah kurang lebih 1.200 terlihat sedikit yang berkunjung keperpustakaan, dikarenakan pada saat observasi tersebut ruangan perpustakaan terlihat berantakan, berantakan disini artinya buku-buku yang tidak terpakai lagi masih bertumpuk disudut-sudut ruangan perpustakaan maupun ditempat siswa membaca, sehingga tataan ruangan dan kebersihan perpustakaan menjadi tidak teratur dan berpengaruh kepada minat baca siswa, kemudian peneliti melihat staf perpustakaan bersama rekan-rekan melakukan revitalisasi perpustakaan agar minat baca siswa kembali meningkat ke perpustakaan, disinilah perlu dilakukan penelitian dan menggali informasi lebih mendalam tentang revitalisasi perpustakaan untukmeningkatkan minat baca siswa agar dapat dicontoh bagi sekolah lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana revitalisasi perpustkaan sekolah dalam meningkatkan minat baca siswa. Metodologi: Data penelitian ini diperoleh dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Pendekatan kualitatif menggunakan instrumen observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Setelah data didapatkan maka akan di analisis menggunakan teknik analisis Miles and Huberman. Temuan Utama: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa revitalisasi perpustakaan sekolah untuk meningkatkan minat baca siswa sudah meningkat dengan baik. Hal ini dibuktikan berdasarkan hasil observasi bahwa dengan adanya revitalisasi, perpustakaan sudah terlihat bagus, sarana dan prasarana sudah cukup memadai, kondisi dan kenyamanan ruangan sudah ditingkatkan. Didukung dengan hasil wawancara yang mana dengan adanya revitalisasi perpustakaan, pihak sekolah membuat kegiatan berkunjung secara rutin ke perpustakaan dengan bimbingan guru, setiap satu hari satu kelas yang telah ditentukan untuk berkunjung ke perpustakaan. Dengan kegiatan yang bernilai positif seperti itu maka siswa akan terbiasa untuk berkunjung ke perpustakaan dan minat baca siswa akan lebih meningkat.
The research aimed at finding out the Acehnese archaic words and their non-archaic alternatives that younger speakers often utter today. Several Acehnese original lexical items were no longer understood by the younger generation, and thus it was expected that some words to disappear without proper documentation. Hikayat Prang Sabi (Sabil War Sage), an early literary work in Acehnese, was the source of archaic words for the research. Therefore, the research design applied a descriptive qualitative method. The data consisted of 54 suspected archaic words from Hikayat Prang Sabi that were distributed to 20 speakers of Acehnese who lived in the Pidie regency. They were divided into two age groups consisting of 20 to 25 years old and 26 to 30 years old. They were asked to verify the suspected archaic words. The research results show that there are five archaic words and 49 semi-archaic words have found in the Hikayat.
In an effort to increase development, healthy community resources are needed so that they are able to win the increasingly fierce competition. Adequate quality community resources if experiencing health problems can reduce work productivity. One of the problems that can reduce work productivity is Low Back Pain. Low Back Pain (LBP) is a very common health problem among the population and a leading cause of disability affecting work performance and well-being. LBP can be acute, subacute or chronic. LBP affects children to the elderly and is a common reason. Global Burden of Disease (GBD) 2010 estimates that back pain is the top 10 most common disease and causes injury. DALY's (disability-adjusted life years). The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between work and attitudes towards the emergence of LBP in clever flatland sikek weavers. This type of research is an analytic study with a cross sectional approach. The number of subjects in this study is 100 active weavers. The results of the bivariate study using the chi square illustrate the existence of a relationship between work mass and the onset of weavers' LBP with a value of 0.033 and a relationship between work attitude and the onset of LBP and Pvelue 0.011. It can be concluded that there is a relationship between work mass and work attitude towards the incidence of low back pain in weavers at Pandai sikek kab. Tanah datar.
Pletok beer is a traditional Indonesian drink made from ginger, lemongrass, sappanwood and other spices with high antioxidant content. Pletok beer is currently less popular toyoung consumers. The modification of the Pletok beer product in the form of panna cotta isexpected to increase the value of Pletok beer among consumers. This study aimed to findPletok Beer Panna Cotta formulation preferred by the consumers. The study used acompletely randomized design with three treatments. Formula 1, 2, and 3 are panna cottaproducts with main additives, namely whipping cream, plain milk, and heavy cream,respectively. Hedonic test was performed to 30 untrained panelists using a 5-scale Likertquestionnaire with indicators assessing appearance, color, taste, aroma, and texture. The testresults showed that formula with added ingredients of plain milk have better preference scoresin color and appearance, while formulas with added ingredients of heavy cream have betterpreference scores in taste and texture. Overall, the formulation of Beer Pletok Panna Cottafavored by the panelists were products with heavy cream added or Formula 3.
