Shredded is a processed product from beef, the process of making it simple through the initial stages is the meat is shredded and then cooked until it becomes shredded. This effort can be done simply with various creations, the problem is quality (hygienic) and management. The aim of the activity is to provide alternative solutions to some of the problems faced by producers in order to develop and be able to compete with other major snack industries and the availability of a sustainable skilled workforce. The location of the service was determined purposively in the darmo / Wonokromo sub-district of Surabaya as the place for the abon business partners and the local maternal labor. The results of this dedication concluded that at the production stage that needs to be considered is the quality of raw materials, because it affects the quality of the abon final product, in the production of large quantities required shredder machine technology. In return, management capital is needed for 2 months, with the added value of shredded production of Rp. 73,333.33 / kg

Grouper is an export product, the grouper market is not heard in the country, because most of its products are "sold" abroad alive to some countries such as Singapore, Japan, Hongkong, Taiwan, Malaysia, and the USA. Grouper production still relies on the catch from the sea, although it is now starting the restocking activities the development and growth of the results of these activities have not known the impact on the development of groupers stock. Meanwhile, high demand and economic value have an effect on the frequency of catch effort, so that early information on Grouper stock availability is needed, it is used as an initial step to create sustainable Grouper resource. The objective of this research is to get potential stock of Grouper of Situbondo waters by using Walter and Hilborn model to obtain maximum catch (CMY), catch effort (EMSY) and sustainable potential (Pe). This research uses the descriptive method and sampling technique is done by purposive sampling. The results showed that the value of CSMY 29.894.60,12 kg / year, EMSY 789.166 trip / year, the type of fishing gear is the standard catch tool, the intrinsic population growth rate of Grouper by 47.35% per year, the carrying capacity maximum of water (k) of 252537,451 kg / year, capture ability (q) of 0.0000003 and Grouper (Pe) resource potential of 126268,726 kg / year. While the potential for biomass reserves in 2030, the open access condition is 82,863.95 Kg, when compared to the potential condition of 2030 sustainable, only 49% is left. It is recommended to initiate synergies immediately between exploitation efforts and restocking efforts to create sustainable grouper resources.
Prayang is traditional fishing gear, a prohibition on the use of cantrang fishing gear by the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries (KKP) requires an alternative replacement fishing gear, considering that the condition of the Java sea waters is already overfished. The study aims to determine the effect of using different color lights on prayang fishing gear on catches. The research method is an experiment by applying "light fishing" technology. The initial stage of the study was the use of lighting aids with different colors. Based on the results of statistical tests the lamp color treatment had no significant effect, the catch was dominated by white shrimp species for the use of white light and the shrimp continued to prefer green.
Broilers include modern lines that have developed in Indonesia because they have efficient advantages in products and adaptability in tropical environments. However, the absence of rules regarding the stipulation of the basic price of production factors and the selling price of chickens living in the breeders' level has resulted in the absence of business continuity protection due to profits obtained under the Cost of Production (HPP). The existence of the Minister of Agriculture Regulation Number 26/2016 which regulates the Supply, Distribution, and Monitoring of broiler and how the impact on the sustainability of its business is due to the high production price disparity. This study aims to determine whether the determination of the ministerial regulation provides protection for farmers in terms of guaranteed benefits, competitive advantage and comparability. This study uses descriptive methods, using the Policy Analysis Matrix (PAM) tool. The results of the study show that: Private profit is positive, as well as Social benefits, in the condition of DOC prices in accordance with the regulations of Permentan, private profit increases, as well as its competitiveness with the Performance Index (IP) according to the standard.
