This study aims to determine the effect of rasistance band weight training on increasing the lob ability of the participants of the Badminton UKM STKIP Paris Barantai. This type of research is an experiment with the design of "The One Group Pretest-Postest Design". The population in this study was the participants of the Badminton UKM STKIP Paris Barantai totaling 25 athletes. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, with the following criteria: (1) female, (2) 18-21 years old, (3) willing to be a sample, (4) not sick, (5) minimum exercise duration of 3 months , (6) 75% activeness. Based on these criteria, there were 16 female athletes who met. The instrument used is the lob ability test (French Test). The validity value is 0.65 and the reliability is 0.96. Data analysis used t-test with a significance level of 5%. The results showed that there was an effect of shuttlecock throwing practice on increasing the lob ability of the participants of the STKIP Paris Barantai Badminton UKM. These results can be proven by t-count 4.381 > t-table 2.13, and a significance value of 0.001 <0.05, with a percentage increase of 23.0%.

Theepurpose offthis studywwas to determineethe effectoof circuit traininggon increasing shooting accuracy inssoccer gamesaat SSB Gelora Putra Delta Sidoarjo. The designnused innthis studywwas a pretestaand posttestggroup experiment. There is no control variable in this study, so there is no control class. The subjects in this study were SSB Gelora Putra Delta Sidoarjo players, totaling 15 players. Theedata collectionnmethod useddin thissstudy is the testmmethod in measurement. Statistical analysissmethods usedaare normalityntest, homogeneityntest, annt test using SPSS 22. Basednon the resultsnof the calculationnor analysis of theppaired samplesstest data, theet count valueeis 11.225. while theetttable withha significanttlevel of 5% is 1.761 or (t count > tttable) which is 11.225 > 1.761. Thus the working hypothesis (H1) which states thattthere issan increaseein circuit traininggon theeshooting accuracyyof SSB Gelora Putra Delta Sidoarjo players, is accepted. The percentage increasenbefore beingngiven treatmentn (pretest) andnafter being givenntreatment (posttest) obtainedna value of 71.32%.
This research is a descriptive research type. This study aims to see: (1) whether there is a relationship between strength and the ability of the volleyball club Srimulat in the village of Dukuerjo Mantewe. (2) whether there is a relationship between the explosive power and the volleyball smash ability of the volleyball club, Dukuerjo Mantewe village. (3) whether there is a coordination relationship with the volleyball smash ability of the Srimulat volleyball club, Dukuerjo Mantewe village. (4) is there a relationship between strength, explosiveness and coordination with the ability of the volleyball club Srimulat in the village of Dukuerjo Mantewe. The population is the Srimulat players in the village of Dukuerjo Mantewe. The sample used was 25 male Srimulat players in the village of Dukuerjo Mantewe. The technique of determining the sample is to use a saturated sample taking the total population of 25 players of the Srimulat club in the village of Dukuerjo Mantewe. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis through the SPSS 22 program at a significant level of α 0.05. The results showed that; (1) there is a relationship of strength to the smash ability of the volleyball club Srimulat in Dukuerjo Mantewe village of 17.2% The ability of the Srimulat volleyball smash club in Dukuerjo Mantewe village is 22.2% (4) there is a relationship of strength, explosive power and coordination to the ability of the Srimulat volleyball smash club in Dukuerjo Mantewe village, amounting to 47.8% with an F value: 6.413 and sig (p ) = 0.003.
