Cette étude a été conduite pour évaluer le niveau de connaissance et de perception des risques sanitaires dans le secteur du maraîchage à Abidjan, à travers une enquête transversale. Le maraîchage est pratiqué à 77,98% par les hommes et à 22,02% par les femmes, qui sont pour la plupart des analphabètes (58,6%). Différents types de légumes sont produits à savoir les laitues (40,97%), laitues+autres légumes (32,12%) et autres légumes (26,9%). 73,4% des producteurs ne sont pas conscients des risques de contamination dus à leurs comportements contre 8,3% qui affirment reconnaître leur part de responsabilités dans la contamination des produits maraîchers. De manière préférentielle, 89,2% des exploitants agricoles utilisent des sacs en fil de coton pour le conditionnement des légumes frais qui sont transportés à 71% vers les points de vente au moyen de véhicules. En l'absence d'une éducation sanitaire fondée et des interventions localement adaptées, les cultivateurs n'accordent pas une attention particulière à la prévention des risques sanitaires.
Polyphenols have gained much interest recently due to their antioxidant capacity and possible benefits to human health. Cocoa (Theobroma cacao) is a rich source of polyphenols and has higher antioxidant activity than teas and red wines. Cocoa and its derived products contain different types of polyphenols and possess different levels of antioxidant. New hybrids called "cocoa mercedes" have been developed in Côte d'Ivoire for their precocity of production and an improved yield per hectare. The aim of this study is to assess the polyphenols content and antioxidant capacity of these new hybrids in correlation with their geographical sources. Crude extracts were obtained from freeze-dried beans and juice of cocoa in 80% methanol. Polyphenols were measured using the Folin-Ciocalteu's assay and antioxidant capacity by ORAC assay. Total extractable polyphenols were important with almonds followed by fermented juice and Abengourou gave the highest polyphenol content. Antioxidant capacity of almonds was found significantly higher than the other cocoa samples. Abengourou provided the best antioxidant capacity in comparison with other production areas of cocoa such as Adzope, Divo and Yamoussoukro. Effects of geographical sources could influence the polyphenol content and antioxidant capacity of cocoa.

Tel: 00 225 49 79 04 19 RESUME Le champ de forces empiriques SPASIBA nous a permis de modéliser des édifices de type procyanidine B2-diméthyle dans le but d'identifier les structures probables de ces modèles retrouvés dans le milieu intérieur (plasma). Six modèles possibles ont été établis. Ce sont le procyanidine B2-diméthyle 1, le procyanidine B2diméthyle 2, le procyanidine B2-diméthyle 3, le procyanidine B2-diméthyle 4, le procyanidine B2-diméthyle 5 et le procyanidine B2-diméthyle 6. La simulation par Dynamique Moléculaire s'est faite sur un temps d'une nanoseconde (1ns) avec une température de simulation de 300 Kelvin (K) constante et un volume constant. Les milieux de simulations sont la phase gaz (ε = 1), le milieu biologique implicite (ε = 4) et le milieu hydraté implicite (ε = 80). Les caractéristiques structurales et énergétiques ont montré que les modèles types de molécules procyanidine B2-diméthyl dans le milieu intérieur seraient le procyanidine B2-diméthyle 1 et le procyanidine B2-diméthyle 2 susceptibles d'être synthétisés dans l'optique de réduire éventuellement leur affinité vis-à-vis du fer non héminique (Fe 3+ , Fe 2+ ) dans l'organisme.
